Ramires has been playing much better of late. Sure, still nowhere near being worth the price that was paid for him, but to say he's been one of the worst in the Premiership when there have been players like Perch is ridiculous. Ramires has come no closer to fulfilling his job description than Perch has to his. I'm not saying Ramires isn't the better player, clearly, but he's been every bit as woeful. Creative players who don't create will never be held up to the same scrutiny as defenders who don't defend well.
