Already answered that one to be fair. -

And to be fair brother they sunk like a stone after him, even with Rafa. If Ancelotti is a mid table manager without the right players that goes for every manager in history. -
Who Guehi? We watched a different game mind, Man U could easily have been 3-0 up at half time.

You don’t honestly believe that do you? I have no doubt Ancelotti has this team doing far better for what it’s worth. Pointless debate mind. -
Yeah he’s a winner. Villa very fortunate to have a manager of that calibre.
-
We said this a year ago when Brighton turned us over though. Nothing gets done about it. It’s 4–3-3 or nothing.
-
If you’re Isak or Bruno would you be happy with that window or the continuation of the general inability of (or disinterest in) the team keeping the ball? Both will be on the phone to their agents.

Sadly it’s looked like that all season. A lot of them look not arsed. -

Either they’ll get their move or we’ll see the type of disinterest in our top players that we’ve seen so far this season. -

I’m behind him too but we’ve clearly spent the last year going backwards. And I know you’d be blowing balloons up if we finished 6th but that will lose us our best players. -

Playing our best midfielder would be a start mind. -

Away from home he just can’t figure it out can he. Just a mess from start to finish. -
He’s literally the first midfielder on the team sheet surely? Baffling.
-
Tactics are shit, but away from home they generally always are so that’s nothing new. What has struck me this game is the lack of appetite and the back turning when Pope or the defence have the ball. Nobody wants it.

Wall Street simply for Terence Stamp. I quote his character all the time at work when I want to intimidate someone. -
One less team for us to worry about at least. Useless.

You’re obsessed with that film. It’s really not even that good, except for those two daft scenes with Baldwin then Pacino. -
Way over the top. He’s a very very good goalscorer, or was 2 seasons ago.
-
If you look at Gordon’s best games for us the vast vast majority have come at home when we’ve had good possession and, especially, a lot of the ball in the final third. Also, despite his pace and directness he’s never looked as effective as you might imagine on the counter attack. In a nutshell, the type of games we’ve played so far this season are the ones he’s historically never shone in.
-
No. We’re past the point where we can afford to carry a Sean Longstaff. He’s so far off the wavelength of the better players around him at times it’s embarrassing. 8s and 9s I meant the players who’ll likely be off in the summer if we don’t finish top 4/5. I do get that there’s duality here whereby it’s acceptable to defend Longstaff as a decent / average trier while being supremely grateful we have very few of those in the team. Personally just think it’s bullshit. We need to be better than players like that.
-
Whatevs. One of our own etc
-
And I know you’ll play that card all day but ‘average’ effectively is a 2 out of 10 for where we need to be in order to finish high enough to keep our 8 and 9s.
-
I can’t believe there’s legit debate about him, mind. He’s a grafter, with an occasional goal in him because of the positions he takes up although that’s a double edged sword to some extent because he’s hardly a top pick for being on the end of chances. He needs a touch more than we can afford with our aspirations, his passing is mediocre at best and he doesn’t have athleticism to get in the game like Joelinton does. He’s nothing more than a backup player for where we need to be now.

Twats celebrated the Wolves goal. My best mate picked it because it’s close to where he lives, never again.
