Correct. I was OK with it at the time because we were so desperate for a striker but bloody hell it couldn’t have been much worse given what was spent. The summer window has probably set us back 2 seasons.

Gordon has been utter shit in the PL for a long time and you know it. There’s no defence for keeping him in the team at this point.

He had a very good season for Brentford and agree Colback was shit but the drop off is absolutely comparable.

We knew what Wissa is and isn’t when we signed him for twice his market value. He’ll contribute the odd goal here and there but Isak to Wissa is worse than Cabaye to Colback.

Can relate to this. I genuinely don’t expect us to score against decent PL opposition and find myself watching games this season without much enthusiasm.

That’s not nice. Plenty of shit out there today but I don’t think he improved on that one bit.
