  1. Urgh. We just need the Armagh emo to complete the set now. Bitter nonsense.
  2. One of the fittest players in the league. That makes almost as much sense.
  3. Garbage. He had a very poor WC '10, Was injured and failed to shine at '06 (at the age of 20) Scored 1 in 2 at Euro '12 and was immense at '04. This isn't the epidemic you're making it out to be.
  4. I must admit it is difficult to come up with a retort for the assertion that Wayne Rooney's career is in a state.
  5. Yeah, that's the same. Or you could just use your eyes, I suppose. Some idiots need the facts spelled out to them.
  6. And no one dared criticise him ffs. Do you live in a cave?
  7. The state he's in. He's noted for his high work rate in regard to his physical state. As a footballer he's won everything there is to win at club level and will retire as England and Man U's highest scoring player. If you're going to talk utter shit expect to be pulled on it occasionally.
  8. True, but if they lacking in physical fitness they should work hard on it to make sure they can operate at they're best. Football's not Olympic sprinting, but it's not darts either. Why've you got a bloke who neglects his body far worse than Wayne Rooney as your avatar then?
  9. A formula that had us failing to score in 6 games out of 8 with largely the same squad that Keegan had scoring 4 away at Spurs, like. Yeah, and it was "largely the same squad" that took KK around 8 games to get going. Come on, man. 6 games out of 8 with no goals.
  10. I'm leaning this way too. It feels similar to when I wanted Kinnear to replace Pardew not all that long ago. Definite short term loss for potential long term gain etc. Yep. Exactly.

    Shola Ameobi

Qataries buy a World Cup and Shola's going to one. Football's dead, man.
  12. Or not, because part of me hopes we start the season with a really poor squad and it leaves Pardew's position totally untenable
  13. Not a bad player but obviously the implications of bringing in such a player (limited and because he's free) are pretty fucking worrying.
  14. I suppose he was never terrible last season, but he was never really good either, very consistently average. He's a safe choice, but I'd rather give someone else a chance, even if I'm unsure of them, just as long as they have the potential to be good. That's fine, but the only player with that potential is MYM and he needs a leader with physical presence alongside him, not Fabricio fucking Coloccini.

  16. Off the top of my head Remy's against Cardiff or Hatem's against Fulham was far better than both.
  17. I agree but they stuck with the fucking bell end when it was obvious he was utter shit Not to mention the fact they've invested only £7m in the CB position in the last 6 years, like. Come to think of it, it's a net outlay of £0 at best considering Bassong's sale in 2009. Tells you everything you need to know. Two of the most important positions on the pitch and not a penny invested since August 2008.

  19. As if anyone, on here or not, is fucking stupid/spineless enough to actually pay money to watch this bollocks.
  20. Leaves with only 211 goals for them. Decent signing overall, like.
