    Garang Kuol

Reminds me a bit like the way Saka plays. Pacy, skilful, end product.

    Garang Kuol

Would be surprised if he got many minutes. Irvine, Mooy, Mcgree and Hrustic are all ahead of him.

    Garang Kuol

yeh it is frankly embarrassing. I’m just looking forward to Kuol getting 30 minutes off the bench and running riot.
  4. I would go for this: Pope Trippier. Schar. Botman. Burn Bruno Longstaff. Willock Almiron. ASM. Joelinton with Joelinton, Willock and ASM rotating.

    On this day...

I’ve only ever been to three Newcastle Premier League games in my life. 8-0 v Sheffield Wednesday in 99/00 when I was 10 5-1 v Sunderland when I was 20 and 2-0 v Arsenal last season when I was 32. I’d like to think I am some sort of lucky charm, these would be 3 of the top 5 games of the past 25 years.
  6. I disagree. He’s the ultimate professional and looks after himself from a health and fitness perspective. He doesn’t rely on pace. His game is all about touch, technique, positioning, leadership and intelligence. I don’t see him losing any of those traits anytime soon. He could easily be a top level player until he’s 35/36.
  7. Yeh he’s getting close to Danny Simpson now.
  8. Hi All, This is probably not the right thread, but I’m looking at booking a 1 week trip to the UK next week from Oz. I’ve got a week off work and want to get to some games with my dad, while he’s fit and healthy and the toon are doing well. 3 games in a week looks tasty. How easy is it to get tickets to Southampton (away end), Palace and Chelsea? Are there any legit second hand ticket websites? I don’t mind paying more than normal prices. Some help would be much appreciated!
  9. What would be the value of our current team? Pope - £25 mill Trippier - £25 mill Krafth - £10 mill Schar - £25 mill Botman - £50 mill Burn - £15 mill Lascelles - £10 mill Targett - £15 mill Bruno - £80 mill Longstaff - £15 mill Willock - £20 mill Shelvey- £15 mill Joelinton - £40 mill Saint-Maximin - £50 mill Almiron - £30 mill Murphy - £10 mill Fraser - £10 mill Wilson - £45 mill Isak - £45 mill Wood - £10 mill
  10. Yeh Man utd’s ability to pass through our press was actually quite good. We lost our shape and midfield solidarity when Bruno went off.

    Garang Kuol

Kuol just scored for Australia u/20’s. Very nice finish.
  12. my shit is generally pretty firm.
  13. I haven’t seen us have this much “fret” from set penises, since we used to lob a high ball into big Mike Brazilianson Williamson at the back post!

    Garang Kuol

I’m still alive lads! Still read the forum every day. Hopefully Kuol does better then Curtis Good, (Good did make a league cup final with League 2 Bradford on loan) .Get your money on the Socceroos to win the World Cup haha! Howay the lads!
  15. Jose Enrique is still our best left back of the last 15 years. He was class.

    Fabian Schär

He looks slow and disinterested. I think even as the right centre back in a back three he would look poor at the moment.
  17. I don’t rate him at all. Awful at centre back and doesn’t offer enough in possession as a midfielder.
  18. Dubravka Manquillo. Schar. Fernandez. Rose Bentaleb. Shelvey Lazaro. Richie Gayle. Joelinton
  19. There’s some serious young English talent coming through with Rashford, Greenwood, Foden, Alexander-Arnold, Sancho and Dummett.
  20. I suppose I am bias. But I think Mooy will give you a 7/10 every week and has more assists and goals in his locker than Shelvey. I think Shelvey is a better passer of the ball. But I’d rather have Mooy.
