  1. I'm saving this opinion for the navy/green/orange one that's coming up. Absolutely no reason at all to remake that.
  2. I would definitely keep Amorim now. They do seem like they’re trying and he needs to be given a chance to sort out the personnel. Of course just judging on points he would be sacked. But then you’d be starting from scratch yet again. They stayed up, that’s something.
  3. There’s definitely some residual dislike towards Gordon that comes back to the surface and leads to a lack of patience, IMO. Same reason the signing itself was underrated. He is playing well below his best at the moment though.
  4. I think that's a decent shirt apart from the Wonga.
  5. Missed that chance just because he doesn’t want to kick with his right foot.
  6. Man U have plenty of good players like, and/or ones that can do well in the right environment. I think next season will be very interesting with them.
  7. I want as high a position as possible but I guess we might end up effectively joint with a couple of teams on points anyway.
  8. May have been to increase his sale value?

    Nick Pope

I just think for some reason he became underrated by us when he was out. He's a top keeper (except for his passing). He's at a different level to Dubravka, miles better.
  10. Doing this when you have Botman fit and available though, seems an odd one to me.
  11. We aren’t in the Europa league.
  12. So then we would maybe make a small profit on Gordon but need to spend 20-30m on a replacement.
  13. I wonder if Pope or Trafford would accept being number 2? Doesn’t seem an easy sell for either of them.
  14. I feel like LW would instantly need reinforcements if the only good option was Barnes. Although I rate Barnes.
  15. Depends on the significance of significant I suppose
  16. Yeah but I think it does say something when you sell your top young players. Like, I wouldn't want to replace him with 2 Brighton-style spreadsheet players just because of PSR. Unless we have to, obviously.
  17. Well from that POV I'm not against selling anyone. I know the money would be invested in any event. But I still think we can have a view on which players we would rather keep/use.
  18. It would be a significant step back IMO, we're talking about one of England's most promising young players here.
  19. Isak will start anyway so we don't need to worry about this.
  20. Of course Isak would be a massive blow but a sample size of 4 is nothing. Can other players in our team score a goal? Yes they can and they have plenty of times.
  21. Very premature IMO, he could well end up a #6 with his stature and long stride etc.
