Thanks all. All look good, leaning towards Fotmob for simplicity but I’ll give them a few days. Don’t want to play fantasy anymore so I’ll get rid of the official PL app.
-
Anyone recommend a football scores and lineups app? PL app is frite and I like OneFootball but it’s a subscription to remove the ads. Is there a good one that’s a one-time payment to go ad-free? Or free obviously.

Think Man Utd probably only miss maximum three of them.

Such thick commentary to just say teams should stop passing the ball out from the back. It’s not going to happen, almost every team does it on every attack, it’s pointless to argue against it.

Did Eddie draw the balls as well? -

Por favor. -
A thousand times this. Personally I love attending every game at the moment, I find it relaxed and generally fun. We really need to learn to enjoy the ride.

There's a reasonable chance Tonali will never contribute anything?

Very good shout actually. -
Man Utd have been bad TBF.

It’s ludicrous. Any post that starts ‘we’ve had loads of injuries but…’ should just be ignored TBH.

I don’t think there is any way to make us reliably good with the midfield we have now. We could change system maybe, but then you’d have to offset the disadvantage of training everyone in the ‘wrong’ system for however many weeks. If you can somehow keep Longstaff, Murphy and Burn out of the team then most of the technical problems and losing the ball should be improved. But then you still have the massive defensive weaknesses that our midfield personnel have. Honestly haven’t a clue what I would do. Possibly play Anderson and Willock and tell them both not to attack at the same time. Fill Trippier into midfield and play Miggy to add extra defensive work.

I don’t blame him and I’d never slag him off in comments or anything. He wouldn’t be a PL player except for Mike Ashley. He tries but he’s not up to it.
-
He’s below OK, I can’t see many if any other PL teams starting him. We could’ve swapped him for a Blackburn CM and had a much better lineup last night.
-
I mean, I meant no matter what within reason. Obviously if we can’t win a game and we’re looking like getting relegated then he’ll be sacked. But that won’t happen.
-
If they are then that’s extremely worrying for how they want to run the club.

Another weird opinion

He gets all of next season no matter what. Making any decision based on having no players available would be absolutely crazy. Another transfer window, another pre-season and another season is the absolute minimum.

I think Hall will become a class player, my only doubt is whether we will always want a LB who is more like a CB. If so then obviously he won't be it. I guess he might equally end up as a midfielder.
-
Barnes has generally been fine apart from last night. Nothing to see here.
-
The most logical explanation is that we don't want to activate his clause, but even that doesn't make a lot of sense since it sounded like it was guaranteed.
-
I'm still hopeful that Hall will come good, he has the ability.
