I’d actually like to bring back judgement, like if a player gained advantage from offside or did a deliberate handball. But can’t see that working well with people mistrusting officials so much.
-
Suppose we might never have bothered agreeing the deal if he was choosing Man City anyway. Whatever the situation they had a massive advantage and seems like he didn’t know Donnarumma was coming.
-
Possible they might just want to keep him as a really good backup. Hope not, hope not.
-
Bring him to the home he didn’t want.

You'll do for me bonny lad.

I don’t dread them leaving but I don’t like assuming they’re leaving either.

It’s never been anything really, it’s just an ongoing assumption/criticism of Howe.

I just don’t think you can expect one part of PIF to not do a deal (eg Nunez) that will in some way disadvantage another part. There’s no way there’s that level of joined up thinking across a fund that’s invested in so many companies.

I think he’s mint and I really hope he does well for us. Having a flair player is just better.

Missed opportunity not to partner him with DCL. Them two and Gordon the most fashion-forward forward line you could get

Genuinely amazed both of those were spotted. Top refereeing. Also how Xavi was chatting to Bruno about his clapping and then dived himself later

BBC? Bladdy hell. -
I think performances that would go down as 'good' for most players still go down as 'needs to do more' for Gordon at times. I understand why I guess, he has some trust to build with the fans. But I think his recent performances have been decent.
-
If he's really a glutton for punishment.

I'm not saying we can't build confidence and get better BTW, just that we have some weaknesses and injuries etc that will probably prevent us suddenly becoming confident of regular victories. Fixtures being very important as well.
-
I think most people just want more seats.

Football is the afterthought for many people at SJP to be honest, I feel like it's more a problem with the fans than the stadium. Of course Everton fans have experienced a move and so will have more knowledge than me.

Think we have to just realise and endure that this will be an up and down season right until the end. We played well and we're obviously very tight as a unit, but that also doesn't mean we'll suddenly go and beat Villa and Man City. Hopefully I'm wrong and we can put together some results in a row, but I'm not necessarily expecting that. Hopefully these kinds of reactions at least put to bed any arguments about Howe not having what it takes or not having ideas of what to do.

Could try something like a sensor on the sports bra players wear so the location is constantly tracked, kind of where their centre of mass is. But would still lead to some weird offsides where the attacked isn't gaining any meaningful advantage.
-
They are really terrible now but their injury list is truly horrific. Not sure which came first but I'm not sure a new manager is going to come in and these 12 reserve players knocking down doors in the PL. Might at least run more I guess.

Something we don't have a lot of, a poised and neat footballer. Would probably have Miley, Hall and him as our most technically comfortable players. Maybe Barnes as well when he has the space. Don't think he'll ever look like the most eye-catching player but he's really nice to watch when playing well.
