If you could teach him how to cross I honestly think he'd be one of the best rb's in the league if the not the best. He's a very good player but is no Bosingwa True but if he could attack better he'd be outstanding. He never seems to get any recognition outside of toon fans. probably good otherwise someone would nick him.

I think he'll stay till the summer but my main concern is Man City. Ican see hughes saying to them that he'd like Owen, they bid we reject and give them an insane price and they match it. It would not surprise me if they'd pay 15m for him in Jan.

But surley we can come up with something better, Colo used to play in midfield at times. or just throw 3 strikers in. True Colo can play there, I just think we'd miss him too much in cb, I don't rate Taylor's decison making expecially away from home. Hopefully Butt and Guthrie will make it but I expect at any rate we'll probably see Lua Lua even if its for 10 mins to give Butt or Guthrie a rest.

The best players are. It's a character trait. He is causing lots of trouble at West Ham and previously at Celtic and Blackburn .. definetly. He is a great player, when he last played for us he was becoming really good in front of goal, really unselfish player, good at crossing, work rate, determination, a positive influence on the pitch. Can do ALOT worse If owen goes then yes, but I think one of the factors he was so good for us was due to Shearer and the fact he was the perfect foil, tireless, pacy, works the channels etc.

Looking forward to this haven't played 11 a side for about a year. I'll have to re-adjust my settings to adapt to the larger goal size. When are the teams announced? Any striker who is one on one with me, be aware I come out fast and aggresively so wear shin pads.
