can just imagine him producing a report like the shite you get at work when someone breaks leg his building scaffold but they put him behind a desk within 24 hours like a gorilla at the helm of a fucking spaceship so they don't have to classify it as a DAWC or whatever
-
i'd love to see a detailed analysis of that comparison from him, if only we had a dedicated media who could look into it
-
offered the chance to sign (not loan) a 31 year old you say? well ok then
-
no way
-
give me one case of media/pundits/ex players saying something negative about the character or personality of a british manager and you might have a point every single one of them will say allardyce is a decent bloke, and he was booted from england for being bent as fuck man
-
if he leaves us i've no doubt whatsoever he'll play PL football his entire career like, depends what you mean by make it i suppose
-
anyone see that dug up clip of merson when manyoo signed maguire? god only knows what he was or wasn't on but he fucking NAILED IT
-
No point in addressing it. People who can sit and watch us play the most awful football the Premier has seen in 10 years, then whinge about the striker....they aren't ever going to get it.
-
don't even know how to address shite like that anymore, and why the fuck do you care if he was 40m or 4m?
-
bit like politics and the country in general imo, piss easy to be negative as fuck about everything and to everyone much harder to be nice and positive when other people are having a better time than you, and plenty are
-
i mean, being objective about it he's had his best season at age 22 with 10 goals in league and cup plus 11 or more assists that season which was better than what he'd achieved in austria on loan from what i can see the assumption from the scouting people must obviously have been he was on the rise and could turn into hot shit then he met steve bruce
-
i don't really see the relevance of this type of comment, £40m means fuck all when you're in a side like ours haller was £40m as well right, how many did he get prior to moyes coming in out of interest? EDIT: 6, is that classed as banging them in? for all that west ham have been shite they're a better attacking unit than us by a mile imo, but then again who isn't
-
i'm not saying either way 100%, i see things in him as i diud thauvin/cabella etc. imo worth remembering he's 23 or so, new to the country and playing in a horrible team for a disgrace of a manager before writing his entire career off
-
i don't think such a team exists at the top level personally, he might get away with it in the champo but without rafa who knows
-
it is astonishing the level of analysis you get in the UK like, just none whatsoever you could send joelinton to chelsea tomorrow, for example, he starts banging them in and his replacement at nufc () can't score for shit and there would be no reflection or analysis on the situation similar to the media overall in reality i suppose
-
they'll give us pereira or some other utter shite on loan to compensate and keep the morons sweet i reckon, £20m or so fee guesswhowinsagain.jpg
-
good point another thing to add to the list for pro rafa minus bruce things that are direct contrasts between them
-
he should get to fuck asap for his own good
-
perfect, they might keep him then and we'll ensure our place back in the champo for good
-
he's always looked decent to me, never going to be great but also never had a fair crack i'd take him over gayle in a 1 on 1 every single time personally, gayle is done at this level
-
If he losses these four it’ll be 8 losses in the last 10 games. Wolves❌ Chelsea❌ Everton❌ Norwich Arsenal❌ Unfortunately Ashley would be more likely to give him a contract extension than sack him. why unfortunately? burn it all down, lead the way agent bruce
-
have you ever watched football before? that's not how it works like
-
i've repeatedly said i think he could do a job in the firminho sort of role, false nine or whatever, but that would require a coach that knows what he's doing I'm sure I read somewhere that someone was super-excited by this Joelinton because he was the "next Roberto Firmino". That person needs shooting. he was seen as the potential replacement for him at one point in germany, as far as i recall what did he get in his last season, 11 goals 7 assists or something (maybe opposite) so perhaps there was a chance before he encountered the graveyard of potential that is nufc
