I desperately want to see Kjetil Knutsen manage a bigger club to see if he truly is a miracle worker or if his magic is a right club at the right time type of magic or proper magic.

Can't believe it just keeps goibg, Kjetil Knudsen is a genius. Take away all his key players and watch him find pieces that will slot into his strategy no matter what. You can change any part of the starting eleven and the replacement will know his role to a tee so the other players can still pass the ball into space where they always do no matter who plays where.

Yeah, it's weird to be honest as it makes total sense. The guy is in his late 20s. There is no guarantee we'll see success for a few seasons still, even if we can pay to compete towards the top. I fully understand that someone already well off would look at the sporting perspective of his next move at that age, if he was in his early 20s, perhaps his view would be different - he could think he'd win trophies here before he's too old to compete at the top level. I personally don't think we'll win any major trophies before five-ten years even if we'll compete well because the gap is as large as it is to bridge to the very top teams in the world still.

I view it like this, as things are already, one can never work at a school, kindergarten and more if you've got certain sentences on your record here in Norway. No reason why other jobs where you have a heavy influence on children shouldn't be out of reach if you have been to jail for certain things. It's not like you can never work again, just that you can't work certain jobs.

Whilst in general I believe that if you have served your time/fulfilled your sentence, you should have a chance to re-integrate into society and be able to build a life within your means/skillset - I don't believe people who have committed certain crimes should be allowed to work in certain fields like entertainment/sports where you will find tons of young people looking up to these persons as role models. Such as in the case of Greenwood, he should be allowed to re-integrate into society when he has finished whatever sentence he gets - and as long as he doesn't do more crimes then fair do's, you've served your time. But he should never be allowed to play football professionally again and have children idolize him. Not sure I make much sense, but hope I did. Been up all night so thoughts a bit jumbled still.

Just a sidenote, but how can one be "further arrested"? Surely it's "further charged"? Did they put two pairs of handcuffs on him to further arrest him?

In all honesty, in one way members migrating over here will just mean an even better and more active NUFC community and there's no way that's not a good thing in the long run. Before the takeover this place was dying a slow death bar the regulars, and the post-takeover return of poster rejuvenated the place massively - and I assume this influx will do the same. Obviously sad that TT is gone though, as I can only imagine how lost I'd feel if N-O suddenly vanished without a trace. Didn't Dave do an April Fools on that once, and then Skirge went off and created the worst looking replacement forum ever?

That's weird behavior if he's not going anywhere, it wasn't exactly time for the end of season lap of honor/mediocrity/disgust teams or players do.
