Krul is injured to be fair. Forster is the same age as Krul, but has no reputation and hasn't represtented England at any level. If we are getting rid of Krul because we have Forster i would be very sceptical.

why ? if someone offers us more than we feel he is worth then fine. not like we've seen enough to say how good he is. but still i like the idea of 2 first teamers (harper.given) and two back ups/reserves (forster.krul) soderberg aint 18 till this sunday (research from madras..f***ing hell people) so he is edge of reserves and in the youths. He's a highly rated youngster, and so far his time here seems to have gone to plan with his successful loan spell and breaking into the U21s. The smart thing to do would be to loan him out for one more season then get rid of Given or Harper and make him 2nd choice. The rumoured price is something like 2 million euros, that is peanuts. It makes me wonder what we will do when Tozer, Kadar, LuaLua etc reach 19/20.

They can't hold onto the ball, they're not mobile, and they don't have good positioning, plus they have a habit of diving in. Teams walk through our midfield.

Alternatively, we could spend no money on transfer fees and get in a decent player at a time when we are far less likely to sign quality player due to our current status, then buy someone better next season when we can attract the bigger names. Keegan is a Liverpool legend, a european cup winner and was once Englands golden boy. On top of that he is a Hamburg legend, and is in a select group of people that have won the ballon d'or twice - the others being Ronaldo, Rummenigge, Beckenbauer, and Di Stefano. To say he isn't a legend is beyond stupid.
