One of my favourite ever players, ridiculously talented, and i'm sure the combination of him and Joe Kinnear would be heavenly. Needless to say the rumour is bollocks.

Maybe whether JFK stays or goes is in line with the club matching Obas ambition or not. Makes sense. Appointing JFK is just about the least ambitious thing anyone could do. Appointing Chris Hughton or Bryan Robson would probably top it.

Remember folks Kinnear was the only manager to step up. He's obviously not the answer mid to long term. However any descent manager is probably only going to become available in the summer. Kinnear, health permitting, will have to see us safe. Changing manager now would be pointless. Will he see us safe? His win record is awful, if Boro and West Brom go on a half decent run then we're in trouble. At the moment we have to rely on them being shitter than us.

Alot of what he says makes sense, and i think "fair enough",....... then i remember Joe Kinnear is our manager.

Because he's unemployed? Curbishley will be lucky if his next job is in the top flight, if i was him i would jump at the chance. Personally i don't rate him.

If you're going to spend money on someone you may aswell give them a chance before deciding they're shit.
