  1. Some think that Mings has purposely stamped on a couple of heads. Zlatan and a Reading player.
  2. Fucking disgraceful stuff. There’s been no flow to any of England’s performances this month.
  3. I find it interesting that Man Utd fans are seemingly happy with OGS. As a fanbase they've been spoiled with trophies over the years, so we all expect them to be like Real Madrid and not accept anything other than 1st place. I get the impression they would rather have one of their own as manager and be a bridesmaid, than go after a top coach that has no connection to the club and really compete for the major trophies. Trophies don't really seem to make fanbases that happy, most fans of top clubs seem as miserable as the rest of us. Perhaps liking the people representing your club and feeling a connection to what is happening is more important to enjoying football than just winning something and then moving on to win the next thing. And as they will have found out with Mourinho in charge, it's awful when you've got a miserable cunt that no one likes in the dugout. #bruceout
  4. That’s a shocking decision. They both jumped up and raised their arms because that’s what you do when you jump.
  5. I understand Everton fans not wanting him due to the small club comment and his Liverpool connections. That forum was full of people claiming he's not good enough for them though, alongside a bucket of casual xenophobia. The nerve of Everton fans to be saying he hasn't won enough trophies in recent years.
  6. I'm sure you'll be able to buy it for about £100.
  7. There's an absolute honk of mackem emanating from these people.
  8. I don’t get the impression Everton know what they’re doing. It all seems a bit messy.
  9. It's a cracking signing for them. Despite all their spending and Ancelotti I never actually thought Everton would go anywhere, just because they're Everton and I can't remember ever seeing them do anything. Rafa changes things though and gives them a real chance. Spurs are going to look like idiots for not signing him when Fonseca gets sacked in October.
  10. I'd rather he got a job abroad but obviously he really wants to stay in England. This puts a stop to any thoughts about him potentially returning and fans will have to get over him. I wish him well on a personal level, but professionally I hope he fails. It's hard to get too upset about anything that happens though, ultimately the truth is that we're not involved in anything. We're just a gormless vegetable sat in the corner of the premier league orgy.

    Copa America

I quite like just having one commentator I’ve got to say. I don’t really need some old pro chipping in with cliches every 10 seconds.

    Copa America

I just saw there’s an English lad from Blackburn in the Chile squad. I wonder if he’s any good.

    Transfer rumours

Literally the worst suggested signing I’ve ever heard.
  14. Brexit is an easy thing to blame, the radicalisation of the public was happening long before 2016. Identity politics became a profitable industry in both mainstream and social media, and social media enables people to find like minded nutters to reinforce and sympathise with their views. Much of it is imported from the US, who I suppose have been ahead of us in turning this into a well oiled machine.
  15. Long enough to know they were shit and jammy today. Hopefully they don’t luck their way past the group stage, I don’t want to see their football in the knockout stages.
  16. I don’t know about this. The players have been through a trauma, I’m not sure they should even have been asked whether they want to continue the game. Some decisions need to come from the authorities.
  17. Wales are a proper Brucey side. Utter shite.
  18. Mark Hughes wouldn’t come here, he thinks we all expect champions league football or some shit.
  19. Surely Fonseca wasn’t above Rafa on the list? Weird appointment.
  20. The 30 point deduction if they sign up to something like this again interests me, because the original threat was expulsion from the premier league. So have they just negotiated themselves into a position where they can be in both leagues? £20m and 30 points would be fuck all compared to the upside.
  21. There will be no energy from the broadcasters either. They went from "Disgusting! Worst thing to ever happen! Football genocide!" to business as usual in the space of about 2 weeks. Maybe Neville will have a whine somewhere, but that's it.
  22. Fines are ok with me as long as they’re big enough to cause serious discomfort. These fines probably won’t be big enough to buy half an Emil Krafth. None of them will be calling off their transfers of Kane, Haaland, Sancho, or whoever.
