He was a solid player, like someone said on here he was always quality but never played for a big club. Will always remember him for that goal against France, at the time France looked invincible until Senegal came out of no where to get that victory.

People talk about him sometimes as if he's the second coming of Ben Arfa, other than running around and working hard he hardly produces anything positive in the final third, this is purely his fault and not down to tactics or formation, he's needs to develop a lot of aspects to his game and i doubt this will happen here.

I think Darlow should be our number one moving forward, Dubravaka can provide some healthy competition for him.

I thought he did quite well in the second half, i like him and i think he will develop to be a better player moving forward.

One of his best games for us yesterday, he did extremely well for the second goal and deserved that bit of luck, i just hope he can actually produce a similar performance more often. and he needs to really learn how to striker a ball properly.

He's a proper striker, doesn't need many chances to score and really gives defenders a tough time, his attitude on and off the pitch is spot on as well.

Conte's Inter are horrible to watch, the only reason they are where they are is because Lukaku has been crazy good since he signed for them.

He just puts them out there and hopes for the best.

Extremely poor team selection today and should've changed it at half time right away, my brothers support other teams and i genuinely had to ask them if the managers of their team change the formation after they've won the previous game and their answer of "of course.." actually surprised me, because i'm used to our managers sticking to whatever worked the previous week even if it was a total fluke.

You just can't play at this level with a midfield this dis-organized, no point in having all these attacking player when you're not able to defend or attack from midfield, every time the played a few passes from the back they managed to get behind them and go head to head with our defenders, and every time we had the ball we couldn't get in to the right area, Hendrick is mainly to blame for this, it may have worked against Everton but clearly back-fired today and really hope Bruce doesn't repeat this.

Our "pressing" today was laughable and it was mainly because of him, in the center of a midfield where he the most experienced one he was always pressed late and then we end up with no midfield the minute they string two passes together, up until young Matty Longstaff came on it really looked like we had no midfielders on the field, not that it got much better afterwards..

I don't usually comment on a player's performance before the games finishes but what the fuck was that..

It was as clear of a foul as you can see but i got Lamptey on my FPL team so chuffed with that.

Seeing him play makes me wonder how we managed to play pretty much all of last year without a striker and not get relegated.

He's a quality addition to the side, his end product is impressive.

He gave a 110% today and played his role in the win, well done to him.

That was a fantastic performance to be honest, we matched them and outplayed them at time despite them being on paper the better team in every aspect (bar GK).
