I don't mind Murphy as a squad player and he was part of a lot of the good we did in the last few years but not signing a proper RW this window was a criminal decision.

He's a prospect for sure but also the decision to spend 35m on him and not strengthen areas were we needed more is a bit silly.

In a way you can say it wasn't his fault our players missed all those chances but there is a serious mentality issue going on, we don't seem to be able to kill off games or be confident in our own ability which makes you think is this team going to go anywhere?

This was karma for all the shit wins we've had at the start of the season.

We will never win anything if we don't develop a consistant winning mentality

Nothing at all impressive about all the running if he can't find that end product.

Nothing wrong with the tactics but our players just look like they don't believe they can score..

Thats what happens when you don't take your chances.

His lack of end product is a bit annoying considering how good he is at defending, hope it improves over time.

Big fan of Willock but he looked poor today, and absolutely knackered towards the end. Hope this game helps him get sharper for the games to come.

Dosn't look strong enough to play CB but not technical enough to play LB, annoying how many times he got beaten in the air today.

He looked both good and a bit raw, he really worked his socks off tonight but his technical ability when it comes to linking up the play or threatening their goal seems to be lacking.

Might as well get some game time with him not being registered and out of the first team picture.

Same old Almiron to be honest, runs a lot and did well to win the penalty but even against a side way below is the leagues he didn't look that threatening.

I know it's only a half at Wimbldon which he barley got tested but for some reason i felt much more confident with him in goal than Dubravka

Even against Wimbldon we looked far from convincing, but again the result is what matters, would've loved to see the players try and take the game a bit more intensely and get the crowd going but it felt like a pre-season friendly.

He's either injured or making mistakes from what i saw.

Would've loved for him to score that but lets hope he gets a few vs Wimbldon.

Good performance but again gave two balls away in awkward areas, hopefully with experince he'll cut that out.

Not to be greedy but feel like we should've won this, great effort from the players though.

Playing well but hardly threatning and look to lack belif that we can beat them, hoping for a better 2nd half.

Wish i could pay as much as him to charge at players just before they pass the ball. He's never a striker.

Now the next question is will there be any TV coverage for this? it seems that it falls on the same time as champions league and championship games.

Best possible outcome is having this game played at home.
