This whole ordeal just about fits the recent events around the club. Nothing is ever simple, and rarely is the path clear. Finally the club have agreed a fee for a player whose departure will not negatively affect us, but alas, things have managed to go wrong. At wirst, you cut your losses and at best you've acquired a very good player for free. You'd have thought either Derby or Fulham would have kept/signed him if he was worth the risk.
