  1. I love how one quiet game and all of a sudden he's a fat slob, a mess, lazy and a premadonna. If he was consistent we'd be uttering his name in the same breath as Messi and Ronaldo, but don't let that detract you from the fact that on his day he's unstoppable, one of the best players to play in B&W. Opinions, as they say, are like arseholes and we have a few arseholes on here. I won't try and convince anyone I'm right, in my eyes I am and I love the guy, I wish he could have seen out his career here.
  2. See his agent touting him in hope of an improved contract in the summer. Tbf he probably does deserve a pay rise as he's mostly been solid this season but the tone of the agent just sounds greedy and why go to the press?
  3. City are rampant at the moment, can't see how or where they could slip up, pretty much nailed on to win the PL in this mood. They are a force.
  4. See the prick who bitch slapped Grealish just got 14 weeks sentence, hope he drops the soap.
  5. Bit weird mate Nonetheless, hanging fire for a second or so is a bit different to a couple of minutes... So no one else looks at the lino to check? I do, it’s not weird at all. If there’s a chance of an offside/foul/handball in the build up then i always hang fire in case it gets disallowed. Yes, joking aside, we probably all do glance at the linesman, if we think there's something, usually offside, potentially wrong with any goal. But as I say, that's a second or so that doesn't impede upon the spontaneity of your celebration. Hanging fire while they check 17 different camera angles to look at something will. It was very evident in that brilliant goal Tadic scored at Madrid last week. Quick glance at the linesman is a part of winding up the spring. I held my breath for what seemed like an eternity after that 3rd goal against Everton, then I went mad when I realised it wasn't given. If it's a fine margin then yes I will glance to see if a call has been made before celebrating.
  6. Always stood by Ayoze, he can be awful sometimes but he always comes back with a worldy of a game. I wish he was more consistent, but then if he was uncle Mike would have him down the pawn shop as soon as we looked away. He keeps playing like that and putting those game saving goals away he can celebrate how the hell he wants.
  7. I only saw it in real time, I thought Rondon was on, but after that none red card for Pickford even if it was offside then we deserved it.
  8. I wouldn't change that match for anything, that first half made the second so much sweeter, I've not been that invested in a win in I can't remember how long! All the sweeter it was against these horrible cunts.
  9. Those changes by Rafa really turned the game on its head, brilliant second half, glad I decided to turn it back on to follow it. I'm off to get myself a pacemaker
  10. hahaha Pickford you mackem twat!! Fuck these scouse mackems, lets do this!
  11. Undoubtedly a red, clear rugby tackle to stop a goal scoring opportunity, you can't argue double jeopardy against that. This game is stacked against us. Saying that, after a strong opening 5-10 minutes we've been mostly shite.
  12. turned this absolute crock of shit off, no point in ruining the rest of the weekend watching that.
  13. In all those clips Ben Arfa has the ball, if you know much about football then you'll know that you're most likely to concede if you have the ball, selfish waster.

I remember when my daughter was born, no health issues thankfully, but I was on shift work and barely got to see her, I gave that up quick smart so I cannot imagine where his head has been at with all the health issues and being so far away from them both. Don't blame the lad and he's been a model professional in how he's handled it, that alone should give him the move he wants. Plenty of others would have gone on strike, done a runner or feigned an injury but he's kept his head high a got stuck in. In current form I hope he's attracted a bit of attention to himself and gets the move that he deserves and that benefits us too.
  15. We lost 4 (in a row) out of the last 5 last season, job was done by then mind. Give the Rafa at least £50m and see what happens, give him enough money to have a proper squad to cover an injuries or tiredness, i bet we finish in the top ten. Tbf we were safe at that point, second half of the season we were really strong, I can see it happening again.
  16. Got to fancy us for this looking at the form guides, Rafa knows how to finish a season out, he's had us finishing strong every season so I think it's only upwards from here. Almiron purchase and Longstaff emergence have been an absolute game changer.
  17. http://www.nufcblog.co.uk/2019/02/17/club-reporter-launches-embarrassing-attack-on-miguel-almiron-absolutely-pathetic/ These did an article on what was written, I haven't read the s*n piece because I refuse to give that rag any clicks but you get the gist from this.

I watched half the game last night, first time I've watched them since we played them, fuck me that was some kind of eye aids! They are definitely at their level, they didn't deserve to win that and over a course of a season you are where you deserve to be, they'll be lucky to go up.
