Well you could say he's taking a break now because of all the work he's about to do over the next few weeks, and if he doesn't get a break now he'll be without any holiday. I read somewhere he's back on Monday anyway. The problem is no-one knows apart from the people working at Barclays who are doing the number crunching. I take it if they give Shearer's plan the he will be Manager, if they say it will be disaster for us all. I just don't know why they are taking such a feckin long time like. The fact is that Capello doesn't and never has "fancied" Michael Owen. I might put a very large bet on that he doesn't play in the World Cup at all, however many goals he scores at Everton or whoever is daft enought to take him.
