When you think about how much that have happened - then i think we have done well and come far in just one window. How good the window has been is still too soon to tell. We need to see the new players first. It looks like the January window will be quiet. Maybe 1-2 out and 1-2 in. No super stars have been bought, but decent players who can do as back up in the PL, and some who can develop into key players. Next summer when promoted (fingers crossed) then we need to buy from the top shelves and we will have a mid table squad. And in 2 years time we should have a top 8 squad.

in 1 years time janmaat and Townsend would probably hope they never left! Watford and CP WTF
-
best outcome we could hope for! There was no turning back imo
-
i agree.
-
hope we sell him this window for a good price. Keep the money and spend them next summer when we are promoted (hopefully). Don´t see any need to spend them now as our squad seems sorted.
-
Rafa is builing a squad. He does not take any chances - he just wants promotion! Have never heard of D.M before but his goalscoring record seems fine and some good goals from the youtube comp. He could be out the door first day of promotion...and thats fine. Armstrong on loan is a good solution....find a club where he can play 30+ games this season. Then he might replace D.M next season as back up for the first team.

huge fan of this transfer tracker....more than once this summer i have lost track! probably the most busy summer in the entire football world! still things to do this window.
-
what players do you hope will leave us this summer? Personally i hope this what is being considered. 1 keeper - can´t decide who? Janmaat. If Gamez, Anita and mbabu can do the job. (undecided) Sissoko. Gives us money to rebuild and he does not want to be here. De Jong (injury prone and can´t see him fit into the system...we have alternatives. Tiote (undecided) Gouffran - poor Riviere - poor
-
i would like to see him here next season...if things doesn´t work out maybe a loan or sell in january...
-
Allardyce, Bruce and Pardew - hilarious! Go for Shearer or 1 from abroad.
-
a motivated sissoko who have quality around him is a very good player. Passing and end product is areas where he could be better.
-
i would prefer to keep him over sissoko
-
he can cover CB as well...right?
-
CP of all places. He should stay or go somewhere else.
-
he will be sold and we will get a good price. The strategy must be that we won´t sell cheap and players can´t dictate transfers. His value might rise depending on the Euros...nothing will happen before its over imo

Injuries have haunted him badly throughout his career. The project he returned to at Brøndby failed and injuries kept coming. He is a family man and his kid(s) are starting school. He could have played 1-2 years more (not England) in Southern Europe...but he chose his family and health. He have only represented Brøndby and Liverpool and he hails Rafa and Morten Olsen as his mentors! He is among the finest we ever had in Denmark!

If your employer had said in the interview that they were specifically looking to bring you in purely to move you on at their benefit later I'm sure they wouldn't mind what you said at your desk. Sissoko's attitude to NUFC is a classic example of how bringing players in with no ambition to improve the club but purely to make a profit on them can easily backfire. See also Mr Wijnaldum. agree. Thing is Sissoko can be outstanding when he is up for it. He lacks some attributes but overall he is a great footballer - we have all seen it. Unfortunately we had to wait for the last match of the season. His debut was also quiet impressive too! No doubt the club have promised him a move - but maybe the right move wasn´t there for the last two windows? There is no excuse for his disgraceful behavior for most of last season...which plays a huge part in our relegation imo. Hopefully he will find a new club this summer and we will get a good price for him to reinvest in the squad.

Only problem with Mitro is his pace. With good delivery from the wings he will "rip" the league apart and get around 20 goals. He will only get better if he can control his weight and temper. He can´t easily be replaced for cheap money and we can´t attract better players of his type. He still have a lot of potential and i hope he will be here when we win promotion, older and more goals in his bag. Maybe not first choice after promotion but a great option to have. Hope he is here for many years!

should be of highest priority to get rid
-
Hope 5 or more leaves. We need changes to the squad and balance our CM. Could Tiote (under Rafas guidance) do the job for another year? And Cisse as well? If we kept Cisse then our 4 forwards could be Cisse, Mitro, Armstrong and Perez i would not worry about that. Good mix of attributes and they have all good goal scoring records.

Fingers crossed. Weird to be this excited so shortly after relegation

You do realise we've been relegated, right? Yeah but the Championship is a tough league to get out of. There are no easy games All I'm saying is that he was picking up too many injuries due to the pace of the league; thats why he left, he even said so himself I would like to see him here...but he is not suited for it. Its too physical for him and his crooked body. He is not that fast anymore. But with a lot of young players he would be absolutely gold to have. Proper professional who could still do a great job. Play half the game and bring some experience to the squad. Won´t happen im afraid as he seems settled for good with kids starting school etc. But if the new Brøndby setup doesn´t suit him he might leave....and be unit with his old mentor!
