Kid is way out of his depth, along with Krafth. We're so exposed down the sides and through the middle with Shelvey. The amount of times he does stupid unnecessary fouls down the sides that lead to goals is getting ridiculous. It's that time of year, especially this season where teams you expect to lose often cause shock upsets because the team they play are comfortable midtable or have nothing to play for. However we don't look like a team who will cause those upsets.

With Wilson out and to a lesser extent, but also important, no manquillo and schar. I'm back to wondering where our next point is going to come from. Every team or player if they desperately need a goal or on a run without one they always seem to get it against us. Funny that.

We'll lose but if ASM can get 1 on 1 with azpilicueta it could be a zabaleta type scenario. His legs have gone when ever I've seen him for Chelsea and ASM is getting fitter each week

Sarcastically hoping someone was dead so they can't own or manage your football team anymore (Ashley, Bruce) is a bit different to "I'm going to come to your house and stab you in your sleep". I've not done either but I'm pretty confident if Bruce had been getting the 2nd example then he'd have gone to police or brought it up sooner. Just more blowing hot air from the useless trollop.

Don't condone any abuse online or otherwise and certainly not death threats. However, in society we have always had people like that. The way Mike Dean has so arrogantly conducted himself for years, obviously craving the attention his actions generate. It would be pretty naive of him not to expect abuse. Despite all the other shit, there were moments I noticed where it looked like his responsibility to help cover the right back so he wasn't doubled up on but it happened multiple times. He may not statistically be the error for goals but I've noticed many times in the build up that his invisibility leads to goals. For example that Palace equaliser where all he needed to do was charge down the shot but couldn't be bothered.

I wonder if he will rest some of our key players for next 2 games, especially after the slog of a game yesterday in the boggy rain with 9 men to avoid anymore injuries. Thinking Almiron and ASM. I know we should go for every game but is there an argument to park the bus a little while we have no Wilson and no fit defenders and try and steal a draw against Chelsea and Man u? Then we have 2 massive winnable games against wolves and west brom and could hopefully be close to full strength minus maybe schar and manquillo.

Bit telling we have 3 key players out now with muscle injuries? Makes you wonder about the conditioning of these players by the coaching staff. Worry that saint maximin is gonna pull a hammy every time he plays.

Shame he wasn't allowed to take the free kick that got schar injured. The way he's playing I had a feeling he'd pop it in the top corner. His last effort clipped the crossbar last game. He's the heartbeat of the team at the mo. Great energy and now got the confidence to start taking more shots etc.

Was an unreal free kick to be fair. I said goal to the Mrs. as soon as we made the foul. Really pisses me off how many unnecessary free kicks we give around the box. It's every single game and it just invites pressure, especially when you have set piece experts on the other team.

I'm not worried about the long term personally. We just badly needed someone who can run in midfield and maybe get forward more than the other useless tossers and he's proved just that in 1 game. If he can help keep us up then it's been worth it. It's all about survival and praying we get taken over. Everything else is irrelevant. If we don't, will it really make any difference if we have this lad or not long term if Bruce stays on?

I agree on the fitness thing pre covid. Would be harsh to say anything at the moment maybe. But yeah you could argue its because he's so explosive that he runs his tank to empty with some of his runs etc. I'd argue the point, that yet again this is a negative against our "chummy" manager. Who has allowed him to get away with not improving his cardio because he doesn't want to risk pissing him off because he knows he needs him so much. The whole squad bar Almiron are pretty poor I'd say in terms of overall fitness and this has been an obvious decline since Bruce took over.

Red for me. One on one with keeper, would have been in complete control of the ball and just to compound the fact, had already scored from the exact same position first half so how could it not be a goal scoring opportunity.
