  1. Seriously. Looks like he's actively trying not to score.
  2. the commentator on this station trying to say that's a red.
  3. Why is Salcido on the bench for Fulham? Is Baird first-choice? If so I'd love to have Salcido here as backup for wor Jose.
  4. I think Hughton would do well at Fulham once they sack Hughes. His persona would fit really well with the club.

So currently HBA is rehabbing with the Marseilles physio team right? If we sign him does that mean half-way through his recovery he has to change his recovery team? Not sure that's going to be the best for him.
  6. Really miss having a gaffer who knows how to keep his fucking mouth shut.

Still can't believe we may get this dude for real.

    3 to go down

Wigan is more likely to go down than West Brom.
  9. Based on what they've all done this season when playing. What has he done, that has resulted in anything? He's given the ball away a couple of times in dangerous areas which have resulted in goals for the opposition, once in the league cup against Accrington. He's got himself into some good areas, but has he scored any? Has he set up any? Ok so he hurries the defence a bit, but he's hardly set the league alight. Yeah I've heard Crumpy use that one to have a go at Tiote recently. What a prophetic insight that proved to be today. vs West Brom - Lovenkrands misses a sitter, WBA go up the other end and score vs Spurs - Lovenkrands gets played in on goal by Barton from the quick free-kick, dicks about in the area instead of shooting, Spurs get the ball back and score. Ranger might have made more clear-cut errors for the goals vs Chelsea and Accrington but it would be unfair not to acknowledge that Lovelyhands' misses often come at key times, when we're building pressure. What? How can you even say that?

    Shola Ameobi

Had a good match today, but fuck me his first touch. Someone needs to check his boots for concrete.
  11. This. Lucky not to give a penalty away (as usual).
  12. Nice try Check the replay when you get a chance. Al Habsi makes the save and then starts to spill it when Lovenkrands taps it and it hits the post back to Ameobi. If he wasn't there the goal wouldn't have happened. I'm not trying to be some Lovekrands super supporter but he gets a lot of unnecessary schtick on here. Credit where credit's due.
  13. Apart from the twat with the drum! And even he seemed to give up when he realised no-one was joining in with him. There were a few times when I heard the drum do the "dum dum dum" and it ended with "NEWCASTLE" - our support taking the piss?
  14. Yeah to be fair he was an important part of the goal, put a lot of pressure on Al Habsi.
  15. As soon as it floated out to the top of the 18 everyone stopped moving except Colo. Wigan didn't know what to do and our lot were in disbelief that it was actually working. It was like everything was in slow motion.
  16. Thought our support were amazing today. It was almost like a home match, I don't think I heard any noise from the Wigan supporters at any point during the match.
  17. I love that his crossing was poor because he "had Best to aim for."

    Nile Ranger

If he's out of favor with Pardew I hope that Pardew does the right thing and just sends him out on loan to the Championship.
  19. Really need another three points here tbh. Massive match.
  20. Loved during the match the commentators here in America were having a bit of banter talking about Stam and his move to Wigan from a Champions League club. The co-commentator says "Yeah and so did Tiote" then the other guy says "Well I can see moving from FC Twente to Newcastle but FC Twente to Wigan?"
  21. Commentators in America reckoned they were scouting Rodallega
