He is a pure cool customer is old Saint Nick. Definitely my favourite ever German.

Chants aside. I won't ever forget that goal at Wembley and how instrumental he has been for us, but I cannot help but feel great satisfaction that we seem to be growing in the face of adversity whilst the opposite effect takes place in the North West. I reckon Isak has rocked the boat there like with respect to the harmony. He's underestimated what he had.

Any photos of tonight's display please? -
We can suggest things to our contacts and probably get into various discussions but we cannot really influence all that much tbh as it's discussions required to be had with multiple fans and fan groups. I can maybe ask those in the group with better connections like.

A lot of those teams tend to not be beaten or indeed beat us though

I'm you biggest fan I'll follow you around the country...Jacob, Jacob Murphy. Jacob Murphy, his mother comes from Birtley, they say he is a Geordie, and joe he's gonna score, for Eddie's Magpies. He's our star man, playing on the right. His name is Jacob Murphy and he's fucking dynamite. More to the point though- no fucker sings any of them. Because he isn't as cool as Gordon. Madness.

Really happy for this lad today. He's now starting to show improvement and more understanding of the game. Today he was absolutely pivotal in the game and won it for us. Deservedly had his name sang too.

Memory is totally bastardised and hazy with this new version but it certainly started; Kosygin took a holiday he went to Budapest Kosygin took a holiday he went to Budapest Kosygin took a holiday he went to Budapest And he said to Joe Harvey... Who's that team you call United Who's that team they all adore Ih they play in Black and White And they all know how to fight Then this is where I now get confused I think it's "We'll support you ever more" Before then going into... "Bring on your Hearts, your Hibs, your Celtic, bring on the Spaniards by the score, Barcelona, Real Madrid never took the Gallowgate, We'll support you ever more" Will check with my mate who's 65. This all makes relative sense though -
Personally I'd probably just move all the folk out the Gallowgate and move all those in the Strawberry Corner and around the ground into there and make that full end safe standing.

Yeha the version I was always familiar with was "Kosygin took a holiday he went to Budapest..." which was longer and the original I'm led to believe but this new, bastardised version is the one everyone now uses. -

Really honoured to be on that video tbh. Sharing the same "media space" as Bobby Moncur man. What a delight. Happy birthday to me. -
Onions. Lots of onions.

I don't feel we've played badly very often tbh, but nor do I feel we've been at our very best. I feel we've been decent but under strength. That'll change in time is my belief based on everything we've seen under Howe. Elanga should have scored at Villa, but at the end of that game most were content with a good draw away. Liverpool we were fantastic but had 10 men for much of the game. Leeds away was the biggest disappointment of the year for me despite getting a point. I agree when someone said to me earlier today we really should have made them worry more about us that game. Woltemades first game was always gonna be an unknown but we beat Wolves. Drawing away to a 4th placed Bournemouth is not to be sniffed at. Arsenal at home was disappointing but for me it was moreso the nature of the defeat than the performance. Forest was comfortable and today was just a good goal that beat us in a similar way to Barcelona. But hey...I'm a glass half full guy...to say the least...

Yes. Once was enough We have undertaken a number of difficult fixtures in our first 8 games and are reinventing ourselves. This season will likely be underwhelming compared to last as a result. I get it. I just think our expectancy is becoming heightened beyond our actual capability because of FFP tbh. But going back to the 42 point thing...by the same token Sunderland would finish on 66 points...
