I think the club needs an answer one way or another. They have to be able to get back to business, such as it is. If the PIF gets rejected what are the next steps? Obviously PIF can appeal but what can happen? Is the NDA lifted? Can MA discuss other potential suitors? Can other offers be submitted? Data room? EPL vetting, if even preliminary?

Rafa would be a dream come true. I don't think there will be a massive xfer kitty but enough to fill the holes with quality players and shift some deadwood. There will be a massive investment in infrastructure. I'd love to see Rafa see his dream to completion. And it seems like with the situation in China, the stars may be aligning for a return.
