That'd be benefit fraud. Fuck off, you knew what I meant.

I remember Martins was linked with Chelsea last season - and Jonas has been linked with them for the same reason - he's looking like a brilliant player because of all the dross surrounding him. So Jonas only looks good because the rest of the team looks shite? Nothing to do with him being a good player then? I've edited that post a bit because it was actually Martins' first season (under Roeder) - I'm not doubting the ability of Jonas, I think he's a very good player, but if the rest of our team were firing on all cylinders and we had a dynamic midfield than could tackle back and yet provide good ammo for the frontmen, it wouldn't be just Jonas linked with a move to Chelsea or similar. -
Hmm, the Harper thing seemed to have thrown everyone off the scent a bit. I'd rather we kept Shay if I'm honest. Although I'm sure I read somewhere that Krul said he was leaving if both Given and Harper signed on this season.

I thought he said it had nothing to do with Given... -
He should be in and around the England squad if he stays in the team once Given leaves - I'd love nothing more for him to go to the World Cup, even as a third choice.
-
Kinnear put him on the bunsen yesterday, not sure if he has or not.

Below Average - Some faults, out-of-touch At least thats what SKY say. http://www.skysports.com/football/player/0,19754,11809_262479,00.html Those player averages are never updated properly - I wouldn't look into that too much.

Long gone are the days when we'd have a signing lined up, and then Daniel Levy would burst through the door wielding an AK47 loaded with European football.
-
Everytime this bastard thread is upped I think we've signed him.
-
My dad saw Martins in there last week, although my dad was only in there because his work was paying for the meal.
-
He was gash on the opening day of this season (i think thats when he sang again) Was he? I was on holiday then so never knew that.

I'm driving all my mates mental with my transfer window gags that I keep pulling. "From what I hear, she signed with him on a rolling contract last night, straight after she had a medical and they agreed personal terms." "Well, look out ladies, Joe is a free agent and is looking for a new club!" That kind of thing. I'm sad, get over it. -
Is Dennis Wise a disruptive influence? Or are the fans making him one?

Do we? Yes. -
Should just offer a free bag of food with every seat, get some fatties on and that way you sell three seats. Seriously though, I want that Graeme Danby bloke again singing, how class was that.

living in Northumberland and commuting to Boro seems a bit daft (if true). Who'd want to live near Boro though? It's a shithole, highest place for car theft in the country too. Yes, even more than the bin dippers.
-
At least it's not just Kinnear and Hughton anymore, the amount of work Hughton has done this season he deserves a massive bonus and a fucking medal, even though he was pretty toss as a caretaker.
-
He's a body, that's all I can say so far - haven't seen him.

Yes, we should be in for him, he's impressed me whenever I've seen him. He reminds me of Butt back in his pomp (the season before the 2002 WC and of course that World Cup).
