  1. 92 and 96 minutes Forest Green scored on to win 2-1. Also had 50p on 2-1 to NUFC (forgot to declare that) which has added another £5.50. Backed the draw for Everton/Chelsea at 9/4. Another £7.50 if that comes off.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

I put him in my fantasy team for this week, inspired.
  3. Fantastic performance, pretty much everything went right for us today, apart from Cisse who was again off the pace. Otherwise, I can't fault much. Even the Anita for Tiote sub turned out to be a good decision from Pardew, which I didn't think it was as we know what Tiote is like and Anita was having a stormer. Was going to list some 'stand out players' but pretty much everyone bar Papiss, really.
  4. Anita has absolutely ran the midfield so far, a superb showing from him. Having him instead of Tiote is like night and day.
  5. Just about all bases covered there then. All exept the most likely one of us getting thrashed and showing no character whatsoever I'd still take some comfort in the fact our players had attended the match, particularly Cabaye. I for one would be honoured if Cabaye played for Newcastle.

    Sunderland

    Adam Johnson as captain
  7. If Owen says "weighted pass" or "weighted ball" one more fucking time..
  8. Went with Remy FGS (7/1 DDHH) and also us to win 2-1. Don't normally bet on us but the line-up looks strong.
  9. Fantastic selection and a strong looking bench too. Suddenly fancy us now.
  10. Krul - Debuchy, Coloccini ©, Yanga-Mbiwa, Santon - Anita, Cabaye, Sissoko - Ben Arfa, Cisse, Remy
  11. Remy is 5/2 anytime and 7/1 FGS with Betfred, dunno what price he is elsewhere but if he starts that's canny IMO. We're also 3/1 for the win, and if we start with Anita, Cabaye, Sissoko, Remy, HBA and Cisse as the 'front six' then I reckon that's worth a go too.
  12. Agree with Warnock re: the pen. It's outside of the box and he proper buys it off Digakcoi.
  13. Good decision on the Young dive there. Halsey talks a lot of sense too, would rather he was co-comm instead of fucking Owen.
  14. Owen's a bland little cunt, fuck off
  15. Peterborough are 11/5 away at Bristol City which I thought was a good price.
  16. All the 3pm Championship teams to score - 10 games/20 teams £1 free bet wins £300 Spurs, Notts Forest, Leyton Orient, Watford acca £2 wins £13.28 Forest Green, Grimsby, Chesterfield, Peterborough acca £2 wins £27.10 Goals Galore Hull v Cardiff Burton v Portsmouth Crewe v Walsall Plymouth v Wycombe £1 wins £10 Rooney FGS @ 7/2 (DD/HH) £2 Back to my lovely scattergun approach.
  17. Manchester United: De Gea, Fabio, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Valencia, Carrick, Anderson, Young, Rooney, Van Persie Substitutes: Amos, Evans, Hernandez, Cleverley, Zaha, Fellaini, Januzaj Crystal Palace: Speroni, Mariappa, Gabbidon, Delaney, Moxey, Puncheon, Jedinak, Dikgacoi, Campana, Chamakh, Gayle Substitutes: Alexander, O'Keefe, Phillips, Kebe, Jerome, Guediora, Bannan
  18. If Anita gets dropped then the lad might as well not bother at all, he's had a few excellent games and that fucking gimp Tiote hasn't strung two good games together since Hughton was in post.
  19. Nah, Pards didn't change the defence when we went on the unbeaten streak at the start of 2011/12 and he won't here IMO, not after 3 clean sheets.
  20. GW4 Man Utd 3-1 Crystal Palace Aston Villa 1-1 Newcastle Fulham 1-0 West Brom Hull City 1-1 Cardiff City Stoke City 1-3 Man City Sunderland 0-2 Arsenal Tottenham 2-1 Norwich Everton 0-0 Chelsea Southampton 2-0 West Ham Swansea 0-1 Liverpool
  21. We've had three clean sheets in a row, one excellent defensively and two areet-ish defensively, so we're overdue some cockups at the back for sure.
  22. 1-1 IMO. Tight game, average point, will split opinion on here as usual.
