I think O'Neill does a great job of convincing his chairman to go and pay for who he wants, it's just a shame for him that other clubs think "Haha, it's that fucking Irish tit" and steal as much of his transfer pot as they can for whichever mediocre clogger it is he's after.

Mind you, I'd hate for it to get to a stage where players merely appealing "our ball!" and putting their hand up on a throw-in get booked or whatever, like in rugby.
