    José Mourinho

Like it or not, Fergie and Mourinho have proven that it mostly works in shifting attention and pressure away from your side to the rivals. Especially when you have the media at your finger tips.
  2. Gone to your head already. It'll all end in tears.
  3. Neil's joined the high-rollers club with the stakes he's been throwing around recently. Gonna need to keep an eye on him to make sure it doesn't go to his head.

    Match tickets

That's the essence of what will be keeping me away - knowing Pardew will still be in charge of the next match.

    Match tickets

Just cancelled mine. Couldn't even muster the energy to say why in the email, just said I was done.
  6. Newcastle United FC ‏@NUFCOfficial 2m nufcTV: Pardew - "No Excuses": Alan Pardew was straight to the point as he insisted the performance against... http://dlvr.it/4w6gDJ #NUFC
  7. Got them in a treble but wish I'd have just backed them outright.
  8. The majority of them are shite though.

Hard to tell, most of our players off the ball movement is backwards. i'm a massive fan of benny like but even at our recent best with cabs pulling the strings i can't recall him ever being the guy looking in behind for the pass, barely recall him doing much in the way of give & go's (the go part)... if he lays a pass off more often than not he's pretty static it was actually watching YT vids of cabella that it struck me i can hardly recall him ever having it in his game seems like it should work both ways, movement around him is woeful when he has the ball, as you say it's maybe even negative movement, but his is shite when others have the ball too, he's very static and always seems to want the ball at his feet before he'll move EDIT: when i say recent best i mean of course since cabs was at the club, rather than this season where benny has been ostracised by knackers for massive parts of it Debuchy and to some extent Remy are the only players in our entire squad that have any form of clever movement in their game. A lot of that comes down to the coaching staff for me as it should be worked on a fair bit these days.
  10. It's probably something to do with the arrogance you show in this thread, summed up by this response to Andymc1 the other day: Fairly certain everyone who posts in here would agree with what he said yet with responses like that it just makes you look like a dick. You have extremely questionable betting methods, if you can even call them that. Backing the same teams every week is always going to end in tears and people have mentioned it before. There are some sound posters in here who give good advice, explain their reasonings etc. but you don't seem to want to listen to their advice and then when you do get a win, the arrogance shows again. You must have lost four-figures yesterday, mainly from chasing losses which is horrendous. If you showed a bit more decorum I reckon people would be happier for you when you win but as it is, it's hardly surprising to see posts referring to your losses yesterday with the way you carry on.
  11. Thick as fuck. Why do that four minutes into a game? Just take the chance of them scoring, better doing that than being down to 10 men for 86 minutes.

  13. Good 'keeping by Ben Foster as always.
  14. I can't understand your post but I get the jist. I'm not saying it's wrong or right mate. Just baffles me that's all. I just don't see how you can ever turn over a profit betting that much on such an unlikely outcome. Good luck though, be great if it came in one day. You don't, is the correct answer.
  15. Shame our local rags can't write with that sort of passion. You would have thought being banned would have let them loose. Probably because they're not bright enough to do so.
  16. Agreed. Second goal was entirely preventable if Santon had just used his fucking left foot instead of trying to put it on his right. Was even more preventable if Steven Taylor had done his job properly.
  17. Obviously not watched us play very often then.

In response to a post saying HBA was fit for today: Fickle as fuck.
  19. This utter shitstain of a football 'manager' is a cunt of the highest order. That goes for anyone who tries to defend him too.
  20. Its because Cisse is injured isnt it? I'm assuming they already knew he was injured and wouldn't be taking part anyway? It sounds as though Armstrong didn't travel with the rest of the squad.
