What would the transfer window look like now without a window? Man City / Man U / other rich club could unsettle a player whenever they wanted by spreading rumors of a big move at any point during the season. It could derail smaller clubs who were doing well in the season. Is this a stupid assumption of mine?

My favourite memory of Vuckic will always be when he got me and one of his friends into the players lounge after one of the prem games.
