I'm very underwhelmed - we've had a string of worse managers, so that's a relief, but we could've done so much better. I'll support him though, certainly initially. Give him good players and I think he'll do alright.

Sadly, McClaren would be the best we've had since Keegan's 2nd stint, going back 7 years.

He's a quality player like, they've just got Ander Herrera, Blind and Carrick. I guess if Rooney is his #1 striker, maybe there is a gap in midfield.

In terms of tradition, West Ham could arguably be in the top 10 over here. There's been a lot of nothing clubs in the Premier League but West Ham aren't one.

He'll be missed.
