We're seeing a few canny interviews this season - Maddison, Coady, Bamford and Antonio come to mind. Not sure if it's a new casual interview technique from Sky Sports, or whether club PR is telling players it's ok to start showing personality.

I never trusted Everton to beat these, actually. Got more faith in Burnley and maybe even Sheff Utd. But if Fulham beat either of them, we're in trouble.

Definitely starting to worry after tonight. Fulham look good every time and the gap could be about to get tight. If it comes down to our final day meeting, we're screwed.

Think I've totally mis-remembered it. Apparently he announced in the April that he'd leave at the end of the season, at which point Dortmund's form improved. So not mid-season.

Not sure his Dortmund departure was random. They had a terrible season Random as in I didn't expect him to leave mid-season. They were having an awful season but thought the whole 'right time to go' narrative would've happened in the summer.

Can see him possibly walking away. I remember his Dortmund departure feeling so random too, but his treatment of journalists is rapidly deteriorating and the personal heartache might just push him over the edge.

Was reading a piece from The Athletic and it said that, after 22 games, no team adrift by over 5 points has ever escaped relegation. We're 10 ahead of Fulham. They have 3 decent matches while we lose to Chelsea and Man Utd, though. Let's see how much they close the gap in the next week. Currently on a 4.
