Making his debut against Sunderland might turn out badly. Then again, could it be worse than Raylor or Perch?
-
If it wont be Stoke, then I reckon he's staying.
-
Nah. Think noises in the media and generally a rather poor window have to take the blame for that. I know generally they think we'll struggle (which we won't) but to actually be ahead of Norwich, QPR, Swansea and Blackburn can't be right.
-
The Guardian's website had a poll yesterday "Who do you think will be relegated?" and we were in the lead. So theres another poll they've sabotaged.
-
So this day has finally came Theres no way I'll be able to watch Liverpool this season. That 'big club' comment was unnecessary though.
-
Had to do loads of changes lately, so many injuries and Spurs players GK: Given, Westwood DEF: Vidic, Kompany, Huth, A Cole, S Taylor MID: Downing, Cabaye, Ramsey, Ben Arfa, Yaya Toure FOR: Van Persie, Fletcher, D Graham
-
Its funny that outsiders think losing Nolan will be fatal for us. So many are tipping us to struggle and I'm gobsmacked by that. Then again, these are probably the same people that think Barton plays in the centre now.

Mentioned it in the other thread, but getting Bendtner is a no-brainer. He's a quality, quality player and I bet his ego would love to be #9 at Newcastle United.
-
What happens when the best team in the world gets even better? Its a scary thought, but we're about to find out. They need defenders though, dammit.
-
Close to Amsterdam isn't it? Don't see any potential problems with that at all, no sir.
-
Pleasantly surprised that we've managed to shift him, I wouldn't even class this as a sale because that implies he played for us. 7th choice striker at best. Bye.
-
Would much prefer M'Bengue, but I guess the club have their reasons....
-
oh fuck the fuck off. this is ridiculous.
-
Whoopee, its free wages. Infinite money.

Despite having months to prepare for this, it still hurts. I kept kidding myself that it wouldn't be Liverpool, that Jose would have a change of heart. And I'm absolutely crushed that he's gone, despite replacing him with Pieters. Not gonna lie though, if his hamstrings fall apart and we stop seeing him in that red shirt, I 'd be ok with that. I fucking hate the fuck out of Liverpool, fucking bastards.

Yeah, looking at the quotes a few pages back, its all already completed
-
Fall out with the board and you'll get exiled to Russia.
-
Ohhhh Derdiyok would be immense. Even in mid-August theres some good striker options: Bendtner, Sturridge, Erdinc, Derdiyok, Roux.
-
New favourite player. Goodbye Jose. (probably Ben Arfa or Tiote actually)
-
Can see both deals going through tomorrow tbh. Not as if Liverpool have came out of the blue, we've probably had a vague agreement for a little while. Although its terrible that Jose is going, its a nice surprise that we've replaced him already.
-
So thats that. Barcelona, Arsenal, Man United I'd understand - but Liverpool? He's been my favourite player and I'm not going to be a twat to him, but I'm saddened by the whole thing. I already stay away from Liverpool matches after January, so this would be even more painful. Pretty pissed off at the whole situation tbh, especially as I don't believe Pieters is near Jose's level. Gutted.
-
I just can't believe people are turning their noses up at Bendtner. Especially in our situation, with our strikers. He'd be a marvellous signing.
-
Just one year ago we were going crazy for Germany's exciting youngsters and already we can add Gotze, Hummels, Gundogan, Grosskreutz and Schurrle. Currently 3-1 up against Brazil too. England need to copy the German model.
-
Cabaye is hardly defensive, mind. His stats from Lille show he's creative and chips in with goals.
-
When Enrique goes, Boro can provide Joe Bennett.
