  1. Of course MA is. Without even a glimmer of doubt. And he keeps excelling himself....

    Alan Pardew

I think some of us dont have the heart for that anymore. One day Pardew will leave, but we'll just be biding time until the next Pardew. And who knows what state the club will be in by then?

    Alan Pardew

Despite what I said earlier, I am slightly curious about going to the Liverpool match, just to contribute to the clouds of hatred. Basically, it'll be an 'interesting' atmosphere.
  4. Theres sound logic deep inside that, but its muddled in so much shit and disgrace that it doesn't matter. Hughton 4 life mo'fo'

    Alan Pardew

the players are still good enough to stay up. our only hope is that they play for the fans because they love us. as opposed to being purposely shit because they hate the manager. i've felt the urge to do this before, but if Pardew is in, i'm out. or will try to be. this club has often made life miserable and i'm starting to doubt whether the 'good times' are worth it anymore.

    Golfmag

Golfmag, I mean this in a loving way - but i hate you! (for bringing the pardew.....it isnt a slur on your probably incredible personality)
  7. Sometimes sleep helps but today i feel just as angry, sad and bitter as yesterday. Hughton was exactly what Ashley wanted and he still gets rid? If Pardew comes in, then thats the end of us.

    capital A and P - very fancy!

    Alan Pardew

Alan Pardew would be a human suicide note for us. I'd physically vomit til the end of time. 'Hate' doesn't quite sum it up for me.
  10. I'll miss the way he wore that suit I'll miss the way he was timid and cute I'll miss the way he had his hair I'll miss the way he made me care "This group of lads", "thats speculation" 5-1, 6-0.....jubilation you brought a normality that was a relief to find you brought us joy with the people you signed your players' joy was resurrected we had a saviour others truly respected and those celebrations against sunderland man.....magic! everything about you chris, i'll miss. genuinely thank you. for everything
  11. I feel sick and betrayed. And I feel like theres no point ever feeling anything for this club again, when it'll always end like this. Generally, I'm just so so sick of football right now. Its certainly a very sombre night after a day of mourning.
  12. 10, goodbye. The signs were slowly showing and then BAM!!! Hughton goes. And with that, our brief turn in the PL.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Strangely, one of my first thoughts after hearing the news today was "I wonder how this affects Ben Arfa". Don't think its necessarily the end for him, but would the next manager be willing to drive to Manchester and back just to say hi like Chris did?
  14. Can't see Hughton doing well for any other club. I think this was just 'right place, right time', unfortunately for him. I'll miss ya, mate.
  15. Its been difficult holding this in at work all day, so here it goes. This club disgusts me. If I supported somebody else, I know I would hate this club so much. To sack a wonderful man like Hughton who has done above and beyond his duty in this manner is pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. It’s completely the wrong decision. For 18 months, I’ve supported a happy, stable club full of likable people and this anti-Newcastle was a breath of fresh air. And suddenly, like déjà vu, the clouds are back. This haunting flashback to relegation year is reprehensible and after recent weeks, we’re gonners now. And to be honest this board deserves to be relegated. We’re falling apart at the seams. Chris, you’re a great great man and thanks for the memories. You’re better off without us and I wish you the very best in everything you do. A wonderful man. I wonder how Enrique, Tiote, Nolan, Ben Arfa, Carroll, Jonas etc are feeling.... And to all those around the world that laugh at NUFC, you’re absolutely right. This club will always be a joke. So keep on laughing. I wish I could. With today’s news and the FIFA debacle, I’m just so so sick of football right now. Never felt like this before. All in all, just a horrible, terrible day.
  16. Hmmm I'd give it to Xavi before Iniesta.
  17. at least next week we're welcoming 2 players back and the week after 2 more. once the injuries/suspensions stop and an assistant finally comes in, things should get better. Plus theres the january window soon (with the return of gosling). having said that, we've got a month of nasty fixtures and we're clearly going to lose to sunderland. i'm a bit worried for hughton now.
  18. Agreed. Without both Gerrard and Carragher, they've got no leader out there. Nobody to shout orders.
  19. Krul Simpson-----Taylor-----Campbell-----Enrique Barton--------Nolan-------Tiote---------Jonas Ranger-----Carroll BENCH: Soderberg, Kadar, Perch, Routledge, Smith, Lovenkrands, Ameobi
