    Hope it's someone like Guessand

The Wissa door doesn't sound particularly closed, mind. But hopefully we're firm about Isak too. There's no reason for us to accept below £150m. There's definitely pros/cons to a Wissa deal so I can be chilled about it. But it adds even more farce to an embarrassing summer.
  3. You think we'd sell for less than that? They're definitely using public pressure to lower the price. But we don't need to.
  4. Thought I'd read that he was pretty blatantly guilty, so this'll be fun
  5. A solid chance that he stays tbh. I'm sure PIF can be twats (to others) if they want. We're under no pressure to sell and he won't down tools in a World Cup year... it's in his best interests to keep scoring goals. Just ride out the storm.
  6. Now some time has passed, I still reckon it's 50/50 whether he stays or goes. Before today, we already knew that Liverpool want him + that he'd listen. This isn't new information. So why not throw a strop last week, pre-Ekitike? He hasn't (yet) committed to properly submitting a transfer request either, suggesting that both options are still open. Admittedly, a new contract is now a long-shot. So reject the £130m rubbish, dig in + by September it'll all be behind us for another year. It's in his best interests to then be professional. I think next summer we'll still get £120m but this time with some preparation for it. We hold the cards.
  7. That's it. Just hold on until September, knowing he has three years to go. We have the power. He'll still have massive value next year, he'll remain professional + it gives us time to think. I just don't think I trust anybody at the club beyond the training pitch.
  8. I always like this guy on Twitter, he has good opinions. He's saying Sesko and Woltemade (Stuttgart) is the answer.
  9. The logical part of me thinks selling someone for £150m who started/ended last season a little shaky + is always on the verge of a thigh strain makes smart business sense. But Liverpool? Please no. Not Liverpool. I think that'd end football for me because I don't want to ever see him again, never mind every week.
  10. But why does Isak do this now, AFTER Liverpool sign Ekitike? He screws us over + there's doubt about Liverpool's willingness to pay the fee.
  11. Yep, no way are all these pages being read Call it delusion, maybe it's one of the stages of grief. But I can't see him asking to leave..... for what, Liverpool or Saudi invisibility? We've said all along he's not for sale and all the replacements are now unavailable.
  12. And the injury re-asks the question if any player is really worth £150m+. Because no matter who they are, they're one injury away from their career being ruined. So I always get the logic in selling a star for a huge amount, in order to buy 3 or 4 mint other players. But Isak though
  13. Starting to worry, now. Not sure where he'd go + it probably is just an injury. But being online will be just as miserable as the rest of this summer. This club is a farce.
  14. That's a huge fee for someone with only 15 Bundesliga goals from last season.

    Yoane Wissa

If we can keep this around £30m and get 2-3 good years out of him, I'd be on board with using the Pedro/Ekitike on Wissa and a CM. It's all about the squad depth. AFCON is a shame because we know what'll happen as soon as he departs.... but he was LW while Toney was around. Good versatility. - 2nd for non penalty xG (18.59) - 5th for big chances (34) - 6th for shots on target (41) It'll be an honour to see Spurs swoop in for him
  16. Must admit, I find it slightly surprising that Gibbs-White is keen on Spurs, who will likely be upper mid-table at best. Aim for better, or stay at Forest.
  17. A piece here on potential £4.5m forwards: https://www.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk/2025/07/22/fpl-2025-26-budget-forwards-will-any-4-5m-pick-get-minutes
  18. Straight to Brentford as Wissa's replacement, let's make this Guess (ha) public
  19. Have heard good things about Guessand. I'd like to take that Ekitike money and use it on 2 or 3 lesser names, which boosts our depth and - knowing our scouting - will surely produce at one banger.
  20. Spend ages craving the summer, yet it only ends up being worse.
  21. Isak £10.5m Pickford £5.5m Ait-Nouri £6.0m Wirtz is probably the next reveal.
  22. I was kind of hoping Gloukh would be on our list after Pedro, Ekitike etc. Ah well.
  23. Will go out on a limb here and say that Roma won't exercise that option.
  24. We're not actually panicking with those quotes, are we? It's not always easy to detect online sarcasm.
