Mo Barrow's having a great game, we plucked him from the second tier of Swedish football for 250K about 2 years ago, really starting to shine recently.

2-2 Swansea

How about Paul Jewel, he has relegation experience or Steve Bruce, he has experience of relegation too.

I really don't understand why they are doing this, if they want to replace him remove him now, not wait until the replacement says yes. If they have no faith in him, then he's gone anyway, what harm would it do for the backroom staff to manage the next game or two. At least its clean then when talking to his potential replacements. This situation does nothing but harm to Newcastle's reputation.

Got pointed to Sunderlands site where there was a thread on relegation and Swansea mentioned. I looked at other threads and found this in another thread (Shelvey & Andy Carroll) "I was in the diamond ponteland Sunday night, and these two were in getting absolutely hammered. Cue the responses of "they're allowed a life" but they were necking pint after pint and dancing to a karaoke... Also just noticed the mags had a day off training yesterday so it epitomises Shelveys attitude going out getting smashed when they're in a dire situation" Hope that's not true. can't recall any mention of him getting drunk between games when he was with us.

I think you should start another poll thread called 'Who would Ashley go for' and fill it with the 20 most inept managers out there. Probably that one would be more closer to the next man.

Is there are reason you left out the 11th game .... against Man City

The funny thing is we're resting players for the Norwich game and have a few kids playing.

Arsenal's hit the cross-bar twice and hit the post this game so far. Hopefully the footballing gods is looking after us tonight.

Curtis managing the Swans tonight as Guidolin is in hospital with chest infection. Some wit on our site reckons he wasn't admitted with a chest infection but rather a bad side.

Our board prety much agree its down to 3 of 5, although there is a call for Palace to be added, they have a very difficult run in, see below: Liverpool (home) Man Utd (away) Leicester (home) West Ham (away) Norwich (home) Arsenal (away) Everton (home) Newcastle (away) Stoke (home) Southampton (away). Our last 7 are bad too. http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/swanseacity/forum/166241/its-now-a-straight-forward-bottom-five-battle-to-avoid-relegation/#29

Our next two games Arsenal and Spurs away. So we could be in the bottom 3 again after those.
