  1. Such a bizzare decsision from every level to keep him on like. Even if this £60M spiel was true (which it blatantly isn't) why on earth would the board trust AP with this sort of money. 60M to spend is a sizeable investment, especially form Ashley. The man has shown time and time again how players have regressed under him. The players we sign under Pardew simply aren't a long term investment because the majority will regress under his archaic football thus we fail to maximise the resale potential that has underpinned all of our acquisitions in the last half a decade. Furthermore our 2014 so far suggests that things aren't going to improve. Ashley would be forced to sack him if he carried on with this form, then you've got to expect a new manager to come in and work with a players signed over the summer when he wasnt there. Those lot down the road are evidence that its incredibly difficult and takes time. Whats more than likely is that we'll spend little and we'll continue to struggle. Those defending Pardew argue that our poor form is down to a lack of signings, so therefore if we plan to spend nowt, whats the chances of our form changing under Pardew with practically the same group of clearly unmotivated players? None of it makes sense but then again, no decision by the board has ever been well thought out in terms of future strategy or the welfare of the club.

  4. He's off his nut. This gave me a laugh the other day, probably been posted before like.
  5. Fucking done with football betting today. Wigan and Scunthorpe letting me down on seperate bets. Fucking lottery man.
  6. So is Blackburn, Preston, Wigan, Blackpool, Accrington, ...basically the whole of the North-West Where do you live, like? No where near any of those places thankfully, they need to knock the North West down and start again. EDIT: The West Coast Mainline seems to be drawn to shitholes ....All of the above plus Stoke, Crewe, Birmingham... Whereas the East Coast Mainline has the opposite: York, Durham, Newcastle, Edinburgh... Funny how you're classing the entirety of the Englands 2nd biggest city as a shithole. It's not. Manchester and Liverpool are both in the North West too, both not shitholes. You're clueless.
  7. Wish they would stop calling 'Diego', Diego Ribas like. Fucking Clive.
  8. I'd probably hoy one up Bristows wife like. Looks a right goer. Fuck knows what shes doing with balloon napper.
  9. Hope they dont get Mackay
  10. Still scored more league goals than us at St James' in 2014. How fucking rank is that?
  11. Flamego gonna do me out of £60 here. Struggling at home too Leon. Wigan hero Mauro Boselli the main culprit. Wish I had time too watch more SA football, been a cracking game thus far.
  12. Echo this. This season's result was ridiculously painful. Absolutely awful.
  13. Football focus is live from wallsend today. Starting now on BBC1 Sorry if giggs.
  14. That hipster article is wank like.
  15. Borini, Vergini, O'Shea and Bridcutt all getting pelters on RTG. Thats not even mentioning Poyet  Must admit though, it's not quite fairytale. As much as I want them to go down, it will be bittersweet in the sense that they've dicked us twice this season and we'll not get a chance to right it. Not that we would with pards at the helm mind.
  16. Preston, Newport, Wigan, QPR, Derby
  17. Having a quick browse of their forum and it's hilarious how much they hate Altidore. He really is ridiculously shit. There's a thread on the 1st page asking whether they'd prefer Dozy or Kevin Kyle, the majority going with Kyle Probably going to go down as one of their worst signings ever.
  18. Unless we see a drastic change in form, no thanks.
  19. Thats because he's not a cunting right back, nor is he a fucking left back for that matter.
  20. Lose this weekend and they're in trouble like. Cant see it either way.
  21. He thought he was joining Chelsea. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_city/7597822.stm
  22. I've been saying this for a long time. How amazing would it be if we could have banter about our successes, rather than taking the p*ss out of each other because of our failures ? We can always hope. Anyway, I had an amazing day yesterday with my 10 year old son. I'll not lie, I was gutted by the result, but very pleased with the way the team played. Two wonder goals finished us off, and sometimes you have to hold your hands up in defeat and admit the better team won. As a Sunderland fan, days like yesterday don't come very often, and I lapped it up. I want more, and if we beat Hull at the weekend we could be doing it all again ! Special mention for the referee yesterday, he was excellent. Back to the real world today though, and most of the league results went our way over the weekend, so it's not all doom and gloom. Glad you had a good day out with your son. Aye it was brilliant, he takes defeat better than me, which is a useful attribute when you're a Sunderland fan I hope you stay up. Moving away has made me see things from a different perspective. I too would much rather see the rivalry based on success rather than failure. People still pushing this horseshit? I too would like you too stay up, for I love getting bummed 3-0 every season and becoming the ource of local and national ridicule.
