I'd guess 9 points from 24 at home went a good way to getting him the tin tac. What about 19 points from 16 games? 12th in the league. You've wanted him out for ages and had to suffer the embarrassment of us beating the mackems 5-1, winning at Arsenal and beating Chelsea. I'll tell you what, There is no manager that could have got any more out of these players than Chris Hughton. On paper, we're poor, and this is no fault of Hughtons given that he had no money. Looking back the bloke has done a fantastic job like, fantastic.
