other than Lingard, I find it a bit strange how we haven't been linked to any decent loan deals. I know it's a new era and all that, but historically we've played the loan market quite well. Remy, Dubravka, Kenedy, Rondon, Willock etc all came in and made an instant impact. tin hat on, but now we're a potential threat, could PL clubs be refusing to "help" us out?

Longstaff was one of our best performers against Man Utd, whereas Willock has been nothing short of a disgrace this season. He doesn't look interested, puts in zero effort, and shouldn't be anywhere near the starting XI.

Moussa took most of the flack that season, but this guy was the biggest piss taker. he completely threw the towel in. that being said, it’s water under the bridge, for me. I’d like to think he’d want to come back and feel like he has something to prove and unfinished business here. his technique alone has him up there as one of the best players I’ve seen play for us. he’ll have obviously matured and learned an incredible amount playing so much for Liverpool and the national team. I thought he had a really good Euros too. get him in!
