  1. A big part of me unsurprisingly wants to see Liverpool lose via a 90th minute goal that deflects in off I dunno, Bobby Zamora's elbow. However a smaller part of me wants Liverpool to win to make the title race exciting for as long as possible. A United defeat tomorrow would be good for the race. Won't happen though.
  2. but relegation COULD be a good thing innit!! steve gibson is losing more and more of his "great chairman" reputation by the game. they could be massively f***ed if they get relegated. True. How will they be able to pack out their stadium if they were in the Championship?

Wasn't particularly directing it at you. I'm more getting at the amount of stuff about them in relation to Newcastle's position. Yes it was unlucky they let the lead slip but that's that. Also, I don't buy into the "they beat Team X so they should beat Team Y". Every weekend some teams are gonna do you a favour, and sometimes things will go against you. There seems to be a constant feeling on the board about how results always seem to go against Newcastle. That's just my perception of it, anyway.

I really have to worry if people are actually blaming Spurs for Newcastle being in the position they are. Every weekend some results go your way, some don't.
  5. Wtf? You must have broken your knee caps there From the outside that isn't a particularly unfair assessment. Emotional because it comes after a defeat, but I'm not sure how the '37m for players who are contributing jack all' can be strongly argued against. They're not producing. Then again, most aren't.
  6. As much as the fans will no doubt do their best, they need something to cheer about.
  7. Haha, funny but a bit unlucky, Butt and Jonas more deserving of yellows so far. Ah well.
  8. 1530: Chelsea's Nicolas Anelka is sent through but he is being hassled and harried by Steven Taylor and his left-foot shot is deflected just off target.
  9. Well it is, in terms of who looks more likely to score. Chelsea hardly getting a ton of chances though.
  10. Chelsea unsurprisingly much more controlled in possession, but your players are doing their best to snap at their feets. Chelsea not exactly dominating.
  11. Fabregas and Walcott both start for Arsenal today. Goal machine Bendtner strangely on the bench, who'd'a thunk it?
  12. At the disco, most likely panicking. It had to be done.
  13. Ivanovic starts for Chelsea, presumably at RB. An area to get at? IIRC, hasn't played that much for Chelsea. Or is that total BS?
  14. I'd worry about Beye at CB if Drogba was playing, but as it is, I think he'll do OK.
  15. Did his bus headrest have 'Bass' on it?
  16. There's gonna be 2 of them. So says David Craig. He's sensing it.
  17. Can get odds of up to 1/100 on that. Good value.
  18. He seems a gem of a player, a season playing week-in-week-out in the PL could be what he needs to really propel himself.
  19. Considering you must have splashed out a lot on these South American prostitutes back in Brazil, you've got a lot of money left over
  20. Sums up the whole league this year.
  21. Aye true Tom. Reminds me, what teams do people get buggered by in bets? My no-gos due to frequently bad experiences are: Wycombe, Reading, Grimsby, Sheff Utd, and Bury. All have screwed me over, in games where the result I went on seemed pretty much nailed on.
  22. First 2 look good, not so sure about the 2nd 2. Mainly coz Sheff Utd have screwed me over a few times this season. I'm giving up on betting if that comes off.
