And here I was thinking when someone was found not guilty of something, you don't hold it against them (Except O.J., because O.J. did it).

Can't be arsed going through 38 pages of that shit, but has anyone bought up the songs they used to sing about him over there?

Scoring the match winner in the Copa Del Rey (Against the GREATEST TEAM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), scoring the league clinching goal in the Nou Camp (Against the GREATEST TEAM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), and scoring two goals in the Champions League semi final? Yeah, proper shit, every single time.

Luis Enrique? Wonder if Enrique is regretting not hanging on at Barca B for one more season before looking for a top flight job elsehwhere.
-
Will it be that much of a home advantage though? I assume UEFA will give Chelsea and Bayern equal ticket allocations, with most of the rest going to corporate sponsors and neutrals who can afford to shell out for tickets. So it's not going to be like the usual Bayern Home Game where you have 60,000 Germans baying for blood.

I don't see how people can blame Ronaldo, he scored two goals FFS, and two other Madrid players missed penalties (including Ramos who did his best Jonny Wilkinson impression). Of the list of people for Madrid to blame, Ronaldo is damn near the bottom of the list.

I'm sure it will be extra painful, watching their blood rivals and the GREATEST TEAM EVARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! in the final. :'( Oh, wait....

Not really. He was on the verge of quitting at the end of last season when they won the La Liga and Champions League. If he quits at the end of this season, he would've quit whether they won the treble, won only the Copa Del Rey or win sweet fuck all. There's a reason why he's always only ever been on 12 month contracts. He isn't a Mourinho or a Ferguson who are in for life.

Bizarre logic. Why's that? Every year since 2002, if you finish 4th you've deserved Champions League football. If we finish 4th and don't get in then we've not got what we deserved. Well Chelsea won't win it for a start. If they do, and we finish 4th, they deserve it. Those are the rules. I'll be as disappointed as everyone else, but won't be crying. So why did Liverpool deserve to get away with it....... What did Liverpool get away with? It's Everton who UEFA should have told to fuck off based on their own precedent. Not really, UEFA never said winners must qualify for it and the FA said 4th would be given a place in the CL. UEFA wanted Liverpool in but couldn't force the FA to enter them who wanted Everton to qualify. It's the Liverpool fans and UEFA who caused a stir about it Liverpool not being granted qualification. UEFA should have always made clear rules about it. Yeah, they never formalised it, but when a unique set of circumstances arose in 2000, and then happen again in 2005, they should have just applied the 2000 ruling again for fairness sake.
-
Which was stupid since the situation already occurred with Madrid and Zaragoza 5 years earlier, with Zaragoza getting knocked down to the UEFA Cup. Was stupid of UEFA not to formalise it as the rule back then.

Nah, Olympics are FIFA sanctioned so club can't do shit, apart from a "mysterious" injury suddenly popping up. So it basically comes down to the players.

If it's a Real Madrid v Chelsea Final someone better put RAWK on mass suicide watch. Either Mourinho gets his third one and equals Paisley or Torres gets a Champions League medal.

I always thought Allardyce signed Nolan. Doesn't change the fact he almost go us relegated with a far better squad than we have now. You probably should just abandon ship now, this is just getting sad.

Scotland do a similar thing dont they.

Wouldn't surprise me if him being an athlete running around at full tilt for 90 minutes a week twice a week (plus training the other 5) helped trigger the whole thing, but at the same time being an athlete meant he could pull through like it looks like he is doing. The human body is a funny thing at times.

Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Pretty sure Ba played on the wing in Germany when required. -
The freedom to play would be brilliant BUT I am not to sure they would have been right for him behaviour wise. He does require a tougher manager, still think Pards will get the very best out of him, next season when we have a complete back four Benny will rule the league. Don't see him being anymore of a mission to handle then Ginola or Robert.

The most horrific thing is what they did to that shiny brand new bike in the first one on that youtube clip.

And I thought your NFL related postings were bad.

I don't think it's very well written at all tbh. It isn't, the sort of shit i'd pump out in English when I was 14 thinking I was all deep and intellectual.
-
He's always been reasonably silent, the only times we've heard from him have been related to the tribunal case (which he won) and after the Andy Carroll sale about Pardew not seeing the 35 million in the summer (which he didn't).

How does their fantastic achievement for the last 3 years (they lost to Inter in the CL final of 2010 btw) make them the invincible team of the century? They were not even invincible in those 3 years? Name me another club side that has had as incredible a run as they have. Running away with league again and again, wiping away teams in Europe, playing superb football and dominating every match they play, regardless of the result. No team has ever done what they did. None. MJ's Bulls went 72-10 once, and they're considered an invincible team, even though they lost ten games that season. Individual losses don't matter when you win everything in the style and way that Barca did. They didn't sneak 1-0 wins to win the title, they smashed teams right, left and center. There's been other teams like this, and they haven't been all that invincible in Europe. In 2010 they got Mourinho'd and 2009 they should've lost to Chelsea.
