  1. I know we were playing out the result, but I wish he'd just ran at them when the space opened up. His dribbling ability is actually class.
  2. Yeah, I'd go back to Plan A and bring Routledge on, Barton inside, Nolan forward and....... take Carroll off. Shola's that bit better at holding the ball up. Simpson has done okay defensively, but doesn't look remotely confident going forward. Not much to choose between him and Perch I'm afraid. I think we'll lose if we do that, Carroll has done so much more than Shola in the first half. Taking into account Nolan probably won't go off, for me it's a straight swap. Barton off, Routledge on. No. Are you mental?
  3. I think Nolan has played well on top of his goal. Keeping possession and seeing far more of the ball than he normally does. Still getting outpaced by their midfield though.
  4. Just seen Emnes has scored for Swansea, another player Strachan ditched at Boro.
  5. Were we as s*** as this last season? QPR are racing away with the division but this is like watching Hartlepool. My perspective is f***ed. I remember us being really fucking wank at times last season like. Particularly away from home.
  6. Way out of our price range, if rumoured bids are to be believed.
  7. After reading the quotes this is what it sounds like.
  8. I rate Park. Moreso at PSV though, he's had all his flair trained out of him at Man U. (this is what has kept him at Man U for 5 years however)
  9. Now after that swashbuckling thriller we get to watch SWP on the left wing!
  10. Robert Pires to Crawley Town. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/crawley_town/9112362.stm
  11. Imagine if we were playing Inter at the Giuseppe Meazza. I know I wouldn't be posting on a Spurs forum during the game like.
  12. Your manager made some diabolical subs. Bringing Pandev on for Chivu when you're 4-1 up? eh? that santon guy was pretty dire too.Benitez was trying to take the piss and humilate us then ran down the tunnel nearly in tears when it nearly backfired. Putting Cordoba at RB cost two goals once the game was over, that was about it. He's probably crying though. You're right there.
  13. Anybody with a brain could see that second half was basically a non-event. However Spurs fans will say that without the red card Spurs would have won 5-1 with Bale getting all 5.
