Alcorcon, hmmm. Seems like R.Madrid couldn't even beat them with their keeper trying to throw the game.
-
Scrap the CL groups and make it a wholly knockout tournament like it used to be.
-
It isn't. It's similar then. The start of the clapping bit anyway.
-
It's to the tune of 'get in to them, **** em up'
-
He should change it by deed poll.

FFS why do I keep reading stuff wrong today. I thought it was Steele not Streete. Crap name, get rid.
-
I do apologise, I read it totally wrong. I agree then.
-
I think it might to tongue in cheek as the next bit says "he can hurt them while sitting on the bench."

The under 14's have some really good players, my nephew plays for Cramlington juniors and they played the academy last week in a friendly, NUFC beat Crammy 8-1, the week before the beat Wallsend 9-0. Wallsend and Crammy are at the top of their league and have some decent players but Crammy were battered, the goal they scored was from a lad who trains with the academy twice a week and NUFC wanted to play for them on the night. On the way home my nephew said good job Remi wasn't playing, i asked who remi was and he said Remi Steele, should be playing for under 14's but plays for the under 16's instead, he maybe a player to keep an eye out for, although plenty could happen to him between being 13 and 17-18 when he would make a break through towards reserve/1st team. Who's got the better name: Nile Ranger or Remi Steele?

Barcelona's worst form last season was when Iniesta was out the team as well.

I agree it wasn't a sitter, probably harder than Smith's because the ball seemed to come across quick after the deflection. I really can't remember that many sitters he's missed, mainly because I don't think there have been many.
-
Fair enough. Although I can't remember any 'of similar ease' other than the Forest header.
-
Clearly not though, he's missed lots of chances of similiar ease. Which ones?
-
I thought Alcorcon had already been drawn against Barcelona? Sure I read that somewhere. Mental draw though, gonna be a one sided final. Edit- I read the table wrong and its not as bad as I thought, I thought it would be one team from the left and one from the right.
-
Half the time when he comes on we've given up attacking. Granted he missed his chance on Saturday but if he had the same chance 10 times over he score 8/9 times.
-
Smith is never as good at home as away because we aren't on the backfoot as much.
-
I agree with that being our best team at the moment (just noticed no Smith, we probably still need him for most games, especially away). I'm happy to let Harewood stay in the team though, just to see if he can keep up his scoring, if it isn't he's worthless and Carroll seems be a better team player (i.e. sets up more and Nolan plays better when he's on the field.)
-
Should they give it to someone less deserving to spice things up?
-
That's probably true. But he doesn't have Ronaldo's strength, sadly. Oh yeah, agreed. I just meant attitude-wise.
-
Messi is always battling on when he's getting his shirt ripped off his back. Ronaldinho, yeah. Messi, doubt it.

After being knocked out in the group stages Ireland ask if they can take part in the final alongside Brazil and Spain.

Speaking of second division clubs, what happens to NUST's plan if we get promoted? Isn't Ashley just going to ask for more money? I understand that these things take time but surely it's in NUST's best interests to buy the club before we return to the PL (although as we are nearly in 2010 this probably isn't feasible).
