Tiniest of touches on his ankle. It looks like one of those ones that hurts because it’s your ankle, but looked like he was making the most out of it.
-
Take no notice of Ben Jacobs, he’s paid by Qatar to slate us and Man City.
-
Wish him the best. The club should have probably let him go before now. I hope he is now able to find a club somewhere where he’d be able to do a job for the rest of his career.

Haha. He does know that PIF fucking hate them because they opposed LIV Golf with a competing bid right?

My take on is this: We were interested in Ekitike because we need a replacement for Wilson, our increase in games next season, and formation changes. Liverpool were also interested, but they were not prepared to pay as much for him as we were. They can offer him more wages though, so they put about that they were interested in, possibly bidding at about the £120m-£130m mark in order for us to back off Ekitike. We back off only because we can’t compete with the wages on offer at Liverpool and know through his PSG move what happens. At this point Isak and his agent think they could get a better contract from us, at some point they think ‘hang on, there could be a move on here’ so his agent instructs him to go on strike. Liverpool sign Ekitike, but now that Isak is on strike, they think there is a way they maybe able to get him on the cheap. They let it play out to see if it’s a ploy for a new contract, keep putting the feelers out and the reporter minions out to do their work. By this point they think they have us by the balls and decide to actually make a bid for him on the off chance. We tell them to fuck off by using those exact words and they realise that actually we are not fucking around.

Project big picture itself would have given them the voting power forever. It literally included the top 6, plus Everton and West Ham to vote on matters forever, with only a majority needed. It’s been rumoured that the Premier League were involved in those discussions and the ESL discussions. The latter of which it is believed that we received evidence (via Man City) which is the evidence the Premier League tried to exclude from court in our CAT case with them regarding our takeover. The evidence was allowed to be seen, the court case was set for the new year, within a week our takeover was approved and the court case was dropped. Only the EFL were confirmed to be in discussions about Project big picture.
-
The biggest one is Project big picture. Just Google it. It came out just before the ESL, and during our takeover saga. It was 100% about stopping our takeover and preventing any other club from the Premier League to League Two from having an ownership that could challenge them. Another is that the top 6 clubs get a disproportionate amount of from the international broadcast deals.

So Richard Masters is creating talk about the league not being reduced to 18 teams by randomly denying it is going too be.

It’s been everywhere. They have done a national campaign, even in Glasgow the other weekend they had the branding everywhere, even waitresses wearing the tops. I think Birmingham have done similar.

PSR means we, who arguably have the richest owners in sport are being railroaded into selling Isak to Liverpool because we are not allowed to pay him £300k a week, when Sheffield Wednesday are being left on the brink, and this time next week Morecambe FC won’t even exist.

Aston Villa are generally considered to be a year behind us. They got champions League football a year after us, they missed out due to not being able to sustain all competitions a year behind us. This season coming up is a big one for them. We won a cup, and gained Champions League football again, albeit through the 5th place which isn’t guaranteed. They should be either the outright favourites or one of the favourites to win the Europa League this season, and should be looking at the League Cup as a trophy to win like we did.

This is excellent and a far cry from the typical supporters of the top 6 and other big clubs in Europe. He’s picked a team on a moment, not even a big moment. He’s not picked them because of the trophies they win etc. As I’ve said before I’m sick of the top clubs getting the plastics who do nothing but treat football with disrespect. Choosing teams because they are usually win trophies or finish top of the league. Pretty much every country in the world can see every single Premier League match, yet it’s always the typical clubs getting picked for support. ‘I like Liverpool because I like the colour red’. Aye right, why not Brentford, Nottingham Forest, or if you started supporting them in the 2000’s, why the fuck aren’t you a Boro fan doing all you can to see their games now? It amazes me a country who has fanatical support for college and high school teams who have never been anywhere near success are straight to glory hunting when choosing a football club. The fuckers will watch their local city’s football team, Basketball team, Baseball team, and Ice Hockey team, but will support Man Utd over their local MLS team. There are good examples of fans across the world picking a random club and sticking by them. That lad on there is a good example for us, the American guy who comes over to the U.K. for NUST meetings let alone matches. Plenty of examples on here as well.

Upvotes are rather meaningless unless you are counting them for the purpose of counting them, like counting how many likes you get on Instagram. Downvotes though punish you, if your post gets -5 then it gets hidden. It’s still there but you have to click on it to open it up, however most people think because others have downvoted it, it’s not worth opening. Also if you create the thread and the thread itself gets downvoted, then because most people’s feed is filtered by most popular, it just gets dropped to the bottom. This all means that alternative views get no views, and effectively means that many topics and threads can become echo chambers. Arsenal and Liverpool fans on the Premier League reddit thread are the most common, almost all of them are not even from the U.K. (the vast majority of threads that are posted when the U.K. is in the early hours of the morning normally outweighs those created during U.K. daytime). In the end nothing critical can be said about those teams, and then the other Sky 6 clubs after that. However Man City fans and topics also suffer and the trend is to downvote anything from a Man City fan, and to respond with ‘115’. It’s also worth noting that a flair is often used on Reddit. This is a symbol that goes alongside your user name. In the Premier League threads it is the Premier League team you support, so people know who you support without even reading your posts, and vote according to that instead.
-
Absolutely fucking sick of it to be honest, especially on social media. You can’t say anything on any Reddit thread without getting downvoted by loads of fans of the top 6 clubs, and even the big European teams. All of them tend to be foreign fans, they couldn’t find their clubs stadiums if they put it into their satnav. They even circle into the thread of others clubs to downvote anything that isn’t praising their clubs.
-
Every single club right now would vote to close the Premier League, every single fucking one of them, and that includes us.
-
All designed so the smaller clubs have less years to take advantage of their revenue when the big clubs do buy their players. If we sell Isak this window, we’ll have this year and then 2 seasons afterwards to spend the money, otherwise we can’t spend it on footballing related expenses. Look at Grealish, left Villa about 5 years ago, now they have PSR issues. Aye right, fuck off man.

No long sleeved version of it.

Aye right. As if he wouldn’t have took all that commercial income and fucked off with it. Sports Direct @ Old Trafford.
