I wonder if we’d be interested in him.
-
SSN saying a £27m bid has been rejected.
-
Surely a better team would have taken a punt on him at that price? Even being older than he is, he would be a better option to bring off the bench than Callum done more work for DAZN than he has for Newcastle in the last year fucking Wilson.
-
Would be a good singing. I wasn’t convinced last summer when we were linked, but since then when he’s been given the chance, he’s taken it.

They’ll have parachute payments, and be a favourite to come back up.
-
They were valued at £40m when he bought them. Who knows what he paid, considering the guys before him got the club for nothing, and were desperate to get out, you’d think he might have got a good deal. The big test of his ownership commitment will be that now they are in the Premier League, how long he will hold onto them when an American consortium will no doubt come looking.
-
IPTV is the price they pay for keeping a hold of the Saturday 3pm blackout, and staying in bed with Sky TV when the rest of the world is moving on to streaming providers.
-
Amazing to think that the broadcaster got this, plus more games, and are paying less per season than the existing deal.
-
Crystal Palace European decision delayed until next week. Fuckers better be getting kicked out.
-
The seats etc aye, but the gold streamers is just for the photoshoot.
-
‘Ballard, after giving away a penalty, and being at fault for 2 further goals, why do you think you got taken off in 60th minute?’
-
They should team up with a carpet company and offer that. Even if it was an online only type of purchase, would get a few kids bedrooms in the region decorated.
-
It is a decent carpet like

We entered the pitch as players, We left as fucking legends!
-
You know what, I’d be interested to see a shirt with the colours reversed, Orange where the blue is, and blue where the Orange is.
-
I like it, though the dress pants don’t suit the photoshoot. Fuck the long sleeves not being 1 piece.

Chelsea will get the ‘benefit of the doubt’ for being the first team to do it and not realising that it’s not in the rules. Aston Villa will get a fine to start showing that they clamping down on it. Anyone else after could face more serious consequences. If you had bought a club for £300m, put in another £200m, with the aim of building a £300m training complex, and a stadium costing anything from £2bn-£4bn all to get them to be one of the best teams in the world, would you risk it all for a small (the grand scheme of things) PSR boost where falling foul of the rules could lead to you missing out on Europe and missing out on your chance to break into the ‘elite’ clubs?
-
I think that just reinforces the point that the Seaburn Stack is still the most popular location in Sunderland.
-
You are forgetting that whilst the Premier League allows these deals, UEFA does not.
-
DAZN are fucking shit. It seems to be every game they have audio problems where a commentator or presenters mic has a low volume.

They are building that new pedestrian bridge, but in all honesty it’s pretty much 6 and 2 3’s in terms of quickness if you go over the Town bridge instead. The big test will come when all the building work on that side of the river starts. It’s going to be years of everything around it being demolished, and replacement buildings being built. How many people will fancy being there? How many bands and acts are going to happy having all the background noise drowned out their voices? Also how many fans are going to be happy going into it after Sunderland have just been smashed and it’s pissing down with rain and the realities of being promoted hit them instead of them being happy grabbing last minute winners in the Championship? Whilst all that work is going on, somewhere else in the city centre will open up and become more popular. As it happens, I hope it’s a success. There will be plenty of independent businesses ran by people who have put everything into them needing it to be successful. Sunderland needs them to be a success over dingy pubs serving watered down Carling with Wee Philly rolling out his latest Chubby Brown impression.

Livramento just needed to hit it 1st time there.

Will they? No chance Bournemouth could offer the wages we’d be able to offer Kluivert, and we also not only have European football, but Champions League football. Kluivert will be knocking on the chairman’s door to go if a club like us came in for him.
