Exactly, so it’s a penalty then, basically.
-
That’s a penalty, he doesn’t touch the ball.
-
So basically we all need to buy directly from the club over buying from JD Sports, or Adidas.
-
A goal to take him above Owen in the goal standings. He deserves that.

Evidence to your point, players like Andy Griffin, O’Brian, Hughes, and Dabizas all played for us in defence when we were last decent under SBR. Not one of them would be accepted now. In reality, our defence was fucking shit, but because we were doing so well, they were tolerated. We also had other players like Acuna, Cort, Shola etc all in the squad.

Be white surely?

The MLS clubs are trying to get away from that. It would usually occur in the middle of their season, as well as their domestic cups, they also do their Leagues Cup games between Mexican teams, and some teams play in their version of the Champions League. It also dismisses their reputation at this point, and I think host venues are preferring having ties between European clubs played there instead.

Sorry like, but even 18 months from now would be wishful thinking for work starting on the stadium. I’ve said before, we are at least 6 years from moving in, and that’s with a 3 year build time. Planning permission for a new stadium will take at least a year, and that’s without it being called up by central government, which if we are building on Castle Leazes, or in anyway encroaching on Leazes Park, then it will be.

They sell a lot of fakes, they have done in the past. I’m not convinced by the majority of what they sell.
-
No Sheffield United fans left, was there many to begin with?
-
The MLS transfer window doesn’t open until the end of the month.

Yeah, every commercial deal over £1m, I think the value is actually just below £1m actually.
-
FMV applies to all deals over £1m now.

I think the trouble with Ashley selling was that he would have initially wanted to sell with SD’s fingers still in the NUFC pie. Staveley et al came along and told him to get his finger out of the pie, and we’ll pay so much. The amount of chancers he had trying to buy us when he was doing deals with his fingers in the pie was unreal, Henry Mauriss (remember him Edwards, you cunt), and that Mexican company who had a company profile picture that was later revealed to have been faked. Come to think of it, didn’t both of them try to buy a club out of administration and fail? An NUFC sale of the club in future would be SD podgy fingers free and thriving. Not that any of this matters, PIF aren’t ready to sell, and like others, I still think they see us an investment, not a financial one, but maybe an image one, or more likely an access one. They have already invested about £1bn in Teesside since our takeover, look to be buying Newcastle Airport, and are continuously linked with other sports clubs in the area.

They are essentially paying them to use it aren’t they? I’m sure some authority are paying the utilities etc, even matchday policing and stewarding I believe is paid by them, rather than the club. They should have done what they did for Man City. Build a venue West Ham could have built upon, and sold them it. Instead they have a 100 year lease at £2m per year. Selling Rice has given them 50 years worth of lease payments for the stadium.

Good that they don’t want a closed league, but no to B teams. There are plenty of established teams who don’t have a women's team, not forgetting that you have women’s team in their own right etc doing things. We should be encouraging them over B teams.

He writes for the Telegraph.

In my opinion, they should have to not compete in the EFL Cup if they do that.

If we are getting a 70k seater stadium or more, we should be getting more season ticket holders. We currently have an estimated 35k season ticket holders, that number should be pushed to 45k-50k in my opinion. We’ve already been over how Newcastle is a bit far out to expect there to be enough tourist demand like there is for the London and Manchester clubs. I’d also add, that season ticket holders should probably pay the same rate equal to single match tickets.

People have been paying like $1,000 to watch Messi in a regular MLS match. The Inter Miami games will still sell, not so much the other games.
-
I noticed that. Been bought.
-
Go on, spank them. Lets not forget that these cunts tried to block our takeover.
-
Take that you cheating friends of hairy hands cunts.

No, not at all. I’m just saying that if we stay at SJP, then ticket prices will go up more than they would if we go to a new stadium.
