Hearts are club with a loyal fanbase despite spending their existence essentially locked out of any long term success by the old firm. The NFL and other events use a different pitch underneath the football pitch that rolls away. I’m not sure about atmosphere, but considering it’s about 1/3 bigger than their old stadium in capacity, and the stadium is designed to keep noise in, an they have that huge single tier stand, I’d say that’s on the fans. Their income from the new stadium has massively increased their commercial revenue, and so think they get something like double our match-day revenue if not more. If anything, the stadium should be helping them have a better playing squad, and they also have a brand new state of the art training ground to go with it. Their issues stand firmly with the players and management.
