Doesn’t look like much of a battle.

He’s never been that good. He had a brilliant season last season, but most knew he was never going to match that, and that was his peak.
-
Yeah it was. To be fair we got chatting to a few West Ham fans who were positive, but this 1 Arsenal fan came out of nowhere.
-
He’s been a good boy all week for this, let him have his day.
-
They are not going to do anything then stumble over Derby’s points record somehow, the same for Sheffield United.
-
Sunderland player was challenged and the referee didn’t give them a freekick.
-
Yeah, got it for dissent, both teams are lucky not to have had a man sent off at the half time whistle as well.
-
Not many do. Even Darlington is far away from Boro. It’s not a Derby, at best it’s a regional rival.
-
Aye it’s not, unless you are Sunderland fan in Seaham or Peterlee.

Arsenal ladies pinching our chants. https://x.com/charliep2304/status/1710252160854659388?s=46&t=VdH0aGHsHSF2_7GgShF1MQ

Leazers Terrace is grade 2 listed, you can’t do fuck all with it. Also, of course he will say that, he’s trying to cash in on his regeneration project. He’s bought and done out the whole street and still has about 50% of them vacant. Don’t mistake a grifter who grifting, for someone being right.

The weekend after our takeover, I was in London for the NFL. I got into a chat with an Arsenal about it, and he without a hint of irony of the Fly Emirates on his top, above his clubs stadium, or even the visit Rwanda on his sleeve which was paid by the same government who was literally buying people off our government was telling me that Sunderland fans now have a moral upper hand on us. I asked him if he meant the same Sunderland fans who the weekend before had their official supporters group and it’s officials outside the SOL with a flag saying ‘Refugees were not welcome’, or the same Sunderland fans who were only beaten by Millwall to stop the BLM kneeling because their own fans were booing it too loudly?

This. I wasn’t the only one.

Stadium and infrastructure now counts towards FFP under UEFA rules, and the Premier League are set to follow.
-
How the fuck will they extend the East stand to that high? It’s got to be impossible.
-
Just like Balotelli.
-
Aye, just look at Liverpool.
-
Nominated for goal of the month for his Burnley strike.
-
If we have the group of death in the Champions League, then Brighton have it in the Europa League. Marseille, Ajax, and AEK.
-
Yeah, them and Man Utd letting us down. Liverpool did their best in their 1st game to throw it away.

The Anfield atmosphere is the biggest myth in football. Them singing YNWA a couple of minutes before KO, then again 2 minutes towards the end.

I think this is it. In this country especially we just have former players, usually from the top 6 clubs taking turns to lick the arse of their former clubs. Alan former Arsenal player Smith here with his latest insight. That’s good, but at Arsenal we once won the league. You got anything to say about this match involving Newcastle and Burnley Alan? At Arsenal….. Fucking hell, it took Matt Le Tissier to start talking about being an anti-vaxxer and how aliens are visiting earth for them to realise that he talked fucking shit. Turn on the radio and it’s no different. You have Alan Brazil just telling story after story of him getting absolutely fucked off the drinking, be it last night or from 1980. Last week I shit you not he started listing the big sporting events he was given tickets for, which he never turned up for because he stayed in the hotel drinking. Big boxing match held in Vegas, Champions League finals etc.

After a day of reflection I have realised that I need to make a sincere and honest apology to Liverpool fans. They were right. We celebrated that win too much. I mean all we did was hammer PSG who has a squad of world class footballers, and possibly the best footballer in the world right now 4-1, in our first home game in the Champions League in 20 years. That’s though is no accomplishment to their late 2nd half comeback to win against (checks notes) LASK. In addition to this, they are also right that we, despite never selling a single new season ticket since before the takeover, are plastic fans. We just can’t compare to their loyal following in Liverpudlian suburbs which have LFC official stores such as (checks notes); Belfast, Dublin, Dubai, Bangkok x2, Singapore x2, Chiang Mai, Petaling Jaya, Chonburi, Phuket, and Washington DC.

Aye fair enough, but my point was compare them against the teams I listed. Now they have a football club that’s nothing more than a Nike catalog that has failed to achieve anything more than the bare minimum.
-
They didn’t play Ugarte at the weekend because they were worried that he’d get injured ahead of our game with them. He was totally outplayed, and taken off in the 2nd half.
