Loads of teams in the past have had games in the 1st half of the season rearranged for the 2nd half and been able to play their new players.

Cambridge are struggling financially. I would have no problem if the club decided to give them the whole allocation or a greater share. We need lower league clubs to survive and one of the reasons the Cambridge staff and fans are so excited about this match is because it will help them survive.

I wonder if they will wait to announce it at the Cambridge match.

As he was already on his way down it should not have been a penalty, but that rule is there for the likes of Man City (And Arsenal against smaller clubs) to be given those penalties.

That is both a penalty and not a penalty. This while intent as well as the ‘ not enough contact’ interpretations just lead to situations like that.

I’m not so sure I can agree. Aberdeen under him were the last none old-firm team to win the league, even with one of those clubs out of the league for 5 years or something, it still hasn’t been beaten and likely never will be. Yeah he was at the richest club for 25 years, but he made Man Utd the richest and possibly at the time, the biggest club in the world. Man Utd without him would be nowhere near where they are now.

Ahhh Burnley, that classy club that has had 4 games postponed for them instead, and who’s supporters were flying a WLM flag at games a year ago, and have their players going in making dangerous tackles and roughing up opponents. Yeah let’s take a leaf out of their classy book.

Last year we played a significant potion of the season with our best player out due to Covid, our best CM out with Covid, and at times our goalkeeper out with Covid. Now that we are able postpone games because of an outbreak the fans of both clubs are getting irate because they think they could have had easy points playing against a bunch of kids instead, one of those clubs having just came back from postponing their games because of an outbreak. They can get to fuck.

I don’t get it. Don’t we have legit Covid and injury cases? I have seen clubs get games called off for injuries to key players before Covid was about. It was only a couple of months ago we had to play a game without our manager because he had Covid, it’s not like we haven’t been trying to cope.

Latin plays mostly on the wing or as an inside forward position though. David will be come good and I would love him here, but he would need time to settle and we are not currently in a position to provide that.
