Which was better than what we had
-
If we have 3 teams we should look to book an hour and a half at least, if we can.
-
Had Kane to score first and Spurs to win tonight, cashed out on 10 mins for just under full payout and sticking some of it on JWP to score anytime, Soton to win at 11/2.
-
Got Wood to score anytime and Burnley to win at 5/1
-
Imagine if you don't give that as a red, the amount of reds dished out would be much less.
-
90% of our fan base wouldn't have him ahead of Lord Jonjo.
-
It would help if we had a team of people dedicated to planning these sorts of things. Instead we're stuck with a service desk team lead who's in way above his head. Anyone who thinks MA is an excellent businessman wants to take a look at themselves. The bloke could have had it all 7/8 years ago had we had a proper structure in place from when he took over.

Rafa knows the importance of giving younger players game time.

At this point I hope we're taken over by a total random and the whole thing is completely left-field.

Aston Villa vs. Newcastle United - 21/8/21 @ 3pm (No UK TV)
Dr.Spaceman replied to HaydnNUFC's topic in Football
This will be nailed on Villa's first win of the season. -
At this stage I couldn't care less if we drop 2 divisions.
-
Because we don't have the staff in place that most other clubs do.

55,000 screaming jawdees

IIRC Pardew used to do the opposite and tell us how wonderful the player was but there was little we could do if someone came in with a decent offer. He used to drive the players value down with his shit patter.
-
If those types of challenges by Bartley are not even being yellow carded then this season could be quite interesting.
-
Willock is literally the best signing we can hope for this summer. Absolutely massive if it comes off.
-
Again, I think we're overestimating the quality of youth football teams here.
-
I'd be surprised if we (Newcastle) had a single first teamer in the squad
-
Redondo had some mad skills. Aimar and Riquelme were awesome, but more generically so, if that makes sense.
-
Yep, Greg and Heza. Good luck chaps.

The Apathyometer: Not to be confused with the Relegationometer.
Dr.Spaceman replied to Mike's topic in Football
Shows you how shit the bottom half of the PL is. The fact that we're able to finish 12th doing what we do is madness. -
Disagree that signing Willock means we'd be standing still tbh. We only signed him in January last season and this time round he's not going to need a great deal of time to settle in. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9799469/Chelseas-Conor-Gallagher-set-leave-loan-Crystal-Palace-Newcastle-leading-chase.html

Willock, Lemina and Gallagher would improve us immeasurably.
-
I'm in favour of anything that makes Bruce look like a whopper at this stage. If he's begged for Lemina and he turns out to be shite then I can't see MA being too pleased with that.
