We certainly did have a lot of dodgy results in 91/92. Entire club was dodgy then tbf. I think you mean 92/93? Dear me, never realised we didn't win for 6 games between Jan and Feb -

I've just realised that the black stripes on the crowd surfer have our trophy wins on them. Nice touch -

And because it directly clashes with Sutton vs Arsenal, so if you were a neutral and on the fence, you might be a bit more tempted by our game. No neutral worth their salt should even consider watching our game whilst the Sutton game is on. It's got giant kill written all over it and it's on Council telly! -
Yep. The irony being Ashley would never have bought us in the first place (2007) if it wasn't for what Keegan had done 10-15 years earlier Happy birthday to the King! I'll always treasure getting to see him manage us in 2008, even if it was only for 8 months. I've genuinely never been happier as a Newcastle fan - God knows what i'd have been like if i could remember the original years

I always used to play with Blyth on FM. Was always frustrating how little money they had and the small gate Harry Dunn was rightly a club legend on their history though

Great story. Thanks for sharing. When people in football really get what a football club should be for the community and area they can do so much good. Well done Graham Taylor . Having worked with CF patients that is a tremendous story. Brings a tear to the eye.

As a rugby player in the north east, I was surprised to see Darlington RFC have allowed a ground share with the football club. Already, after just a few weeks the football club seemingly are taking over the place. I presume if they get promoted they'll have final say on who is allowed to play on the main pitch at Blackwell Meadows on a Saturday 3pm KO. No idea how it's going to work really!

This is a photo of my Granda (on the right ) working a Newcastle game in '74. Any old timers any idea what game it might be? Forest in the cup perhaps? Any help appreciated. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161128/c290dc39b510b993f04357120ac16735.jpg

whip patsy Kensit Whip patsy kensit Whip patsy kensit Till she bleeds, yee hah! Oh when the beans come out the tin. He'd also do the double decker theme, I remember helping him with the bell and horn sounds at Peterborogh. He slipped on a pie at a game in the mid 90s, cracked his head and he's had loads of problems since. Quite sad really

Apparently he had a chat with someone from The Mag (and who posts on here, I believe) in a nightclub and said that NUFC are where they belong (when under Pardew and struggling) and our expectations are too high. Apparently. No apparently about it. It happened. He was an arse. This chat was a good few months before SackPardew were able to expose the truth about Pardew and his cronies. But what do I know. Us Newcastle fans just want to be in the champions league every year...

I'll never forget as a 15 year old on my first away game without my Dad (I was travelling on the infamous Black Horse from Monkseaton), being offered a line of coke at 8am. Yes. There is a drug problem.
